I came here for a quick meal after work and when I walked in, there was no line and only one guy making smoothies. I waited patiently at the cash register for him to become free. After he finished making some smoothies I started to get concerned like maybe they were closing or something and that’s why I was being ignored. I checked their hours and I still had a good 2.5 hours left. I waited and waited until finally another guy came out. I have a BOGO gift card I got for a fundraiser. I never added it onto my app and I’ve never used the card at all. However, when I asked if I could use my card, the cashier said that they had been discontinued. I paid $10 for that card so I’m not sure why my payment would suddenly be void. Anyway, the cashier said only certain locations accept it. So that’s already 2 different excuses. At this point it’s whatever. He tells me to turn it around to see the participating locations. It doesn’t say ANYTHING about this location not participating. I went on the Jamba website and they claim that all locations except for airport, Hawaii, and down town Disney locations are participating. So I am just so confused and hungry at this point I order my smoothie and go home. But after some more digging, I’m starting to wonder what is actually going on. I only went to Jamba because I had this gift card and It was on my way to the gym. I feel like I got lied to about the card. I PAID for the card. I saw that it expires in 6 months after losing it onto the app but I never did that. I never even had the app before. I feel bamboozled.

Great service! The young lady was polite and accommodating! I could see the care in her work. Love the music they were playing! Needed cleaning but she was by herself so can’t hold her responsible.

Store #112 provided by staff terrible for over a month they don't have fresh orange juice and it's interesting because every time you call they have their own excuses one time they say their machine is not working the other time they say we don't get fresh orange delivery how is this even a Jamba juice which part is juicy!??? Either close it up or stand for service you say you have. It's a juice store you understand!?? Making smoothies is not only service you provid today I called in fresh orange you they say no!! Ok how about carrot juice? No we don't get fresh delivery!! Isn't this stupid??

They have great vegan smoothies. My favorite is the pumpkin smash when it is in season. Otherwise, my favorite is pomegranate paradise.

Vegetarian options: One column of their menu is plant-based. Most other items contain dairy which is quite unhealthy.

If you are health conscious, this is the store for you. They make fresh juices after you order. The inside of the store is small, so takeout might be a good idea.

This location’s restroom violates ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES! Not to mention any COVID-19 regulations that are not being followed on an hourly basis. Reminded me of an old gas station bathroom in the middle of nowhere. Cleanliness is not a priority at this location. All employees were just standing in a circle talking. If it wasn’t such an extremely urgent trip, I would’ve tried to go elsewhere.
