Confused why they wouldn’t turn the gas fireplace on on a rainy day? Met a friend here specifically just to sit by the fire on a rainy day and they said they wouldn’t turn it on because they were closing in an hour. But it’s gas, so I don’t understand why it mattered? Cool place, but baristas are not very friendly and they were totally dismissive about my asking to turn on the fireplace. Honestly, I think they were just lazy and didn’t want to deal with it as opposed to helping out a customer and spreading some cozy vibes on a rainy day! 😊

They dont have wifi, so if you wanted to work here, dont, they were also rude when I asked for the wifi password and they close very early

i’m curious what they use for their chai, my friend ordered an ice dirty chai latte & it tasted really perfume-y almost soap like. could have been a fluke, but yea :( it was not drink-able

The Coconut Breve's chokehold on me wgen it comes to covfefe is too damn tight. Lol!

I went on a caffeine fast, and this was the onmy coffee that is worth getting off my fast for.

People are nice here, but there are a bit of a wait most days. But the wait is worth it!!!

Parking can be a bit of a hassle but there are plenty of street parkinf.

If you are looking for specialty coffee this is not the place. Slightly burned, ratio of espresso to milk completely off. The staff is very busy and don’t have the time to poor your speciality coffee the way you have envisioned. If you’re looking just to shoot some caffeine go to Starbucks instead.

This place was so cute ! We found it nearby when we were going on a hike . The aesthetic is so wonderful- almost brewery type farmhouse with twinkle lights, spacious and good vibes . The service is great . Seems to be a long line constantly Everything was great except I wish the coffee and pastries were just as good ! I was a little underwhelmed. The coffee was okay but nothing memorable . We tried a flat white and the Vienna latte . It just wasn’t strong enough . Wish it had more of a strong coffee taste . I The pastries were okay . The koign Aman was okay and so was the croissant . But the mushroom and cheese pastry was really good! Everyone was super nice though ! really wanted this to be a recurring spot for us but our coffee journey continues.

Hey all! This place is definitely a recommendation of mine if you’re looking for a new cafe to try & especially if you love ALL THINGS PUMPKIN this season. They use REAL pumpkin puree in their fall drinks, their coffee beans can be sniffed before they’re ground & packaged, & they have a cozy 70s feel inside. And OMG their mocha! It’s DARK CHOCOLATE, with their own homemade syrup. Best mocha I ever had, honestly. Quirky, interesting crowd gathered here too.

Jameson Brown has been a Pasadena institution for at least the 10 years I’ve known it, always a peaceful and inviting atmosphere with wonderful vibes showcasing the impressive coffee brewing equipment.
The coffee is delicious, the pastries warm and sugary, and the seating comfy. 10/10 in my book
