I visited this location for a late dinner, my second time here, and unfortunately it will be my last. I ordered my usual sandwich and asked to use the restroom. When I returned, I attempted to engage in a friendly conversation with one of the male Latino employees, but he completely ignored me. I mentioned this to my wife, and after his coworker overheard me, he stepped in and asked if he could help. I explained that his colleague had ignored me.
Customer service is a vital part of any dining experience and being treated with basic courtesy should be standard. Unfortunately that was not the case here. I will not be returning to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went there tonight and I noticed that one of the workers was cleaning all the counters with the same dirty rag. He didn’t soak it with sanitizer or rinse it out. He just continued wiping all the counters and silver tray bins with the same dirty rag. I asked for a manager and there was not one at the site. These kids need to be trained properly on how to sanitize properly.

The woman working Saturday night (8/2) was unbelievably rude. She threw the food at my husband — it nearly slid off the counter. No idea what her problem was, but that’s not how you treat paying customers. A worker is a representative of the business, so be careful who you choose to hire. Really disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s.

I had the pleasure of visiting Jersey Mike's on E Foothill, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! I ordered the Original Italian in Mike’s Way, and it was absolutely delicious.
The staff was friendly and quick, and they definitely know how to make a Jersey Mike's sandwich. The location was very clean and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. I’ll definitely be back for more!

today i went to this location and it took them almost 20 minutes to make just 1 sandwhich. the food line was a mess and they didn’t change gloves in between sandwhiches. also the music that was playing very loud in there was really inappropriate and there was kids in there… will not be coming here again!
Horrible! This is a picture of a sandwich upon arrival to my home. I placed an online order and received 3 crap sandwiches. $40 and this is what I received! Mind you I still waited upon arriving for my order to be completed. If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would!
