Yesterday I went to buy a drink, and it was disgusting. The boba had moss in it. It seems like they don't replace it for days. On top of everything, the people are rude. I don't recommend going to this place at all. It's overrated and expensive.

The cashier took my order wrong and insisted that was what I ordered. Did not refund or remake my order

This place’s tea quality was phenomenal. I got one of the signature drinks, you get a cup that’s reusable too, and if you want topping they can give it on the side because there is no customization with the signature drinks. The boba was QQ and hot!

I really liked this place. Their drinks are very good. However, the fact that they force the client to buy certain drink in toxic plastic bottles is unethical and unhealthy. I even asked to place the drink on a cup instead of the toxic bottle bcuz I am a cancer survivor who can't drink in plastic, which I explain to the unhelpful worker, they still did not care. They claimed that their store regulation did not allow them to placed it in a cup, yet if I paid for the cup then the regulations were nonexistent. So DUMB! No COMPASSION Very INCENTIVE, and UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, the girl preparing the drinks today at 3:30pm (a skinny girl), has a really bad attitude! No people skills. Will not shop here again!!

I like this place because they have chrysanthemum, and I got the brown sugar boba milk drink before, but the flavors are just not there. Even with standard sweetness, everything tastes bland and watery.

Also, when I paid with cash, the lady working there took out a marker to ensure I was not using a counterfeit bill. I didn't feel really welcome after that; I'm not the type to utilize fake money and never have.

I asked less ice and she didn't put at all. Strange.

A clean, minimalist aesthetic and a nicely curated organic tea menu that feels a bit more elevated than your standard boba spot. That said, everything I tried leaned too sweet, or too bitter, which is weird, even after adjusting the sugar level. I couldn’t quite land on a drink that felt balanced.
There’s no seating—indoors or out—so be prepared to take your tea to go. Luckily, Central Park is just a short stroll away if you want somewhere nearby to sit and sip.
Limited parking on the street, but there’s a structure close by that’s affordable, just $1 for the first two hours and a couple bucks an hour after that.

Jintea House is a hidden gem in West Covina! Every visit here feels warm and welcoming, with excellent service. Their newly launched handmade lemon tea is truly special – the 1-liter “fire extinguisher” bottle design is not only fun but also generous in portion. The flavor is perfectly sweet and sour, making it a delightful surprise! The shop offers a wide variety of drinks, and you can really taste the freshness of the tea and fruits in every sip. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations based on personal preferences. The environment is clean and cozy, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea. If you’re in West Covina, Jintea House is a must-visit for tea lovers and anyone looking for a chill place to unwind. I’ve already recommended it to many friends and will definitely be coming back!

I was disappointed with my recent experience at this store. When I tried to pay for a milk tea with my credit card, the cashier insisted that I show my ID before completing the transaction. While I understand the importance of fraud prevention, there’s no standard rule or policy requiring customers to show ID for credit card payments. The cashier also didn’t explain why this was necessary, which made the situation confusing and frustrating.

What made this experience even more puzzling was that I noticed the cashier didn’t ask the customers behind me to show their ID when they paid for their drinks. This inconsistency left me feeling singled out, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

I hope the store clarifies its policies and ensures they are applied consistently to avoid confusion for future customers.

They did offer to remake the egg puffle when it came out broken but it takes way too long

Signature 1 is great!

Their milk teas are excellent with strong tea flavor. The Oriental Beauty Milk Tea 25% sugar with boba is perfection.
