I always go to this jones probably 1-2x per week. Great coffee. What made me want to leave a review is the woman taking my order. She was so kind! She had such a vibrant energy!! I wish I would have asked her name so I could tell her thank you here. She was wearing a pink beanie working the window. It’s so nice to have such warm service nowadays! Thanks for making morning brighter!

People who work here are so rude. I asked what kind of matcha they use and I got the stupidest looks ever. Lol.

I came across this place by accident. I had pulled over to park on the street and saw this place in my mirror and thought it looked cute. And, I was blown away by how good my coffee and drink was. We got a basic black coffee (which was super rich, bold and smooth), and a Chai latte with add shots. The chai latte was the best chai latte I have ever had. It was so good. If you love rich, flavorful coffee, this place is worth a try! It was SO good! (I don't think they offer food, I didn't see anything when I was there.)

Tried the croissant so you don’t have to.
Dry, dense, and weirdly bland—tasted like it had been sitting out all day. No flake, no butter, no thanks. Stick to The Croissant Factory if you actually want to enjoy your pastry.

Whenever I find myself in Pasadena, I make it a point to stop by. As I step through the front door, the aromas are welcoming, the setting comforting, and with it a slew of memories rushes back. I discovered Jones in the early 2000’s during business trips to Pasadena. Through the years it became a must have visit, even during family trips. Leading the way is Rafael. He’s calm and welcoming and his presence is felt every where. In fact, during a 2021 visit he spotted my family and me, came over to greet us, and fondly recalled my children who he hadn’t seen in close to 8 years. It’s that type of personal attention , and good product, that has kept me coming back. Enjoy!

Been here a few times, even driving out of my way to do so. It’s a cute little drive through coffee stand. Enjoy the coffee (their Pumpkin Spice > Starbucks).

The staff I believe could be more lively and welcoming, but they’re not rude.

I went to show my partner this place and he ordered an Americano and he wanted it hot, but then he got iced. He felt too bad to say anything so we drove off. So that was a bummer impression, but c'est la vie.

The Jone's coffee Hut is amazing. A quick way to get in, grab a coffee and get back on the road if you're in a hurry. Just make sure you check your drink before you pull off because I've had a few instances where the drinks were not correct.

Dietary restrictions: They have lots of milk options.

Great coffee and the hut is so convenient! Baristas are typically really friendly but today was not that way. Hopefully they get more breaks or extra baristas to alleviate some pressure so no one is snapping on customers at 9:45 AM on a Tuesday.

Omg, I stumbled upon this place this morning. The ham and cheese croissants is so good. The coffe is okay. It could've been a bit sweeter, since I ordered a vanilla latte.

Angels of Mercy! I begged the 2 gal barristas for a cup of ice water for my friend suffering from heat exhaustion. They gave the water with no fuss, & saved my friend from fainting or worse. Bless your generous mercy. They refused my 5$tip.
