Tried the croissant so you don’t have to.
Dry, dense, and weirdly bland—tasted like it had been sitting out all day. No flake, no butter, no thanks. Stick to The Croissant Factory if you actually want to enjoy your pastry.

Whenever I find myself in Pasadena, I make it a point to stop by. As I step through the front door, the aromas are welcoming, the setting comforting, and with it a slew of memories rushes back. I discovered Jones in the early 2000’s during business trips to Pasadena. Through the years it became a must have visit, even during family trips. Leading the way is Rafael. He’s calm and welcoming and his presence is felt every where. In fact, during a 2021 visit he spotted my family and me, came over to greet us, and fondly recalled my children who he hadn’t seen in close to 8 years. It’s that type of personal attention , and good product, that has kept me coming back. Enjoy!
Best coffee and baristas!

Been here a few times, even driving out of my way to do so. It’s a cute little drive through coffee stand. Enjoy the coffee (their Pumpkin Spice > Starbucks).
The staff I believe could be more lively and welcoming, but they’re not rude.
I went to show my partner this place and he ordered an Americano and he wanted it hot, but then he got iced. He felt too bad to say anything so we drove off. So that was a bummer impression, but c'est la vie.

The Jone's coffee Hut is amazing. A quick way to get in, grab a coffee and get back on the road if you're in a hurry. Just make sure you check your drink before you pull off because I've had a few instances where the drinks were not correct.
Dietary restrictions: They have lots of milk options.

Great coffee and the hut is so convenient! Baristas are typically really friendly but today was not that way. Hopefully they get more breaks or extra baristas to alleviate some pressure so no one is snapping on customers at 9:45 AM on a Tuesday.

Omg, I stumbled upon this place this morning. The ham and cheese croissants is so good. The coffe is okay. It could've been a bit sweeter, since I ordered a vanilla latte.
Angels of Mercy! I begged the 2 gal barristas for a cup of ice water for my friend suffering from heat exhaustion. They gave the water with no fuss, & saved my friend from fainting or worse. Bless your generous mercy. They refused my 5$tip.

So convenient. Staff is friendly enough and very efficient. Matcha is great. Wish they weren’t using these fat red plastic straws. They feel a little Chic Fil A to me. Something thinner and better for the environment would be preferred. Pastries are mid. Also weirdly, you can get the cappuccino in multiple sizes but the matcha latte only comes in one. Feel like it should be the opposite. Overall, love this spot when I’m on the way somewhere. So much better than Starbucks.

Best drive-through coffee in town. Can get a little backed up during rush-hour. The dogs love the free dog biscuits.
