I cannot remember our server's name, but she was amazing. Very friendly and attentive. Every dish was incredible. From the garlic edamame, salmon sashimi, to their rolls such as the garlic albacore and the lemon roll. In addition, the kyoka elegance cocktail paired very well and was refreshing and delicious.

A very upscale place. The sushi is fresh and beautifully presented. The fog from dry ice creates a flare of mystery. The place is nicely decorated and has 2 interesting life-size traditional Japanese soldier sculptures. The layout unfortunately not great: the acoustic is that you can clearly hear the next table conversations as if they are sitting next to you. So while it looks and tastes great, it's not intimate.

From the moment you step inside, you can feel the energy, elegant, refined, and full of passion for excellence. Every dish we tried was pure perfection. The sashimi? Next level fresh and delicate, practically melting in your mouth. The champagne pairing took it all to another dimension, absolute luxury from start to finish.
But what truly makes Kaviar special is the people. Massive shoutout to NU, the bartender who made some of the most creative and beautifully balanced cocktails weâve ever had. Narin, our server, was phenomenal, attentive, kind, and so knowledgeable about every single detail on the menu. And to Vanessa and Leticia, the amazing managers, your hospitality made the night unforgettable. You can tell this team runs on passion and precision.

I had the pleasure of dining at Kaviar in Pasadena and was completely blown away. From start to finish, the evening was such a thoughtful and curated experience. The owners were incredibly gracious and welcomed us like family, and every detail of the meal reflected both their passion and expertise.
The sushi was outstandingâŠso beyond fresh and beautifully prepared. They had so many out of the box table side activations and true âwowâ moments that made this experience one of the most unique in Orange County.
Beyond the food, the hospitality and true ambiance stood out the most. This is a restaurant where the food truly matches the atmosphere. Everything was elevated, tasteful and top tier. I canât recommend Kaviar enough to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Pasadena or just celebrating something special!
