Ordered through drive thru. The totally messed up my order. I ordered a 4 piece tender combo and I got a leg and thigh. I called and asked for the manager and she was completely rude and unprofessional. I asked her name, which to me a normal part of the process. She refused to give me her name. Eventually she told me but I don’t believe it was correct. So disappointed.

Went through the drive through for chicken tenders and fries. The fries were ok but the tenders were overcooked and the cooking oil needed to be replaced (you can taste the old oil). The drive thru worker also had a bit of tough accent to understand and she misheard orders a lot. I ended up being charged for 6 tenders even though I asked for 4.

For the drive thru.. once again, the woman on the microphone 10/24 @3:15 pm kept saying ONCE AGAIN, ONCE AGAIN. as if she was talking to her kids or nephews over and over, so we decided to take our large order to Popeyes and all we wanted to know if spice came in a bucket of chicken. She has no business in dealing with customers, and it's our belief that the only customer service she should be providing is to the trash and cleaning tables. Oh, and cleaning the parking lot as well. If she was having a bad day, she should leave her cares and concerns at the door, people can't be all that difficult to find and looking at an average of the reviews, this location is wrecked with customer and food service. I have been coming to this location when pup n taco was across the street across from McDonalds. Being a former kitchen Manager it's just appealing we customers have to spend and getting 50% of the service that others are being paid to give.

I went to KFC today after a long time, hoping to enjoy some crispy chicken. However, my dinner experience turned out to be disappointing. They served me a very old chicken burger that was ready within minutes of placing the order. The patty was chewy and tasteless. When I complained and asked for a freshly made burger, they took 15 minutes to prepare it. The taste of the fresh burger was much better, closer to what I expected from Burger King. Upon closer inspection (see it in the picture), I noticed that the burger appeared to have been fried multiple times to keep it hot, resulting in it becoming dark and not worth the money. The same disappointment was experienced with the other items I ordered; everything was excessively oily and tasted strange. I doubt I will be going to any KFC here again.

This is old chicken that I was given at store C004007 820 N Lake Ave. The chicken was cold and visibly old. They gave me old chicken. I went back and asked for fresh chicken. She gave attitude saying it’s just going to be the same and it’s not old. I asked for my money back and she said she can’t because I had eaten the biscuit already. The. offered store credit. I would rot in hell before eating anything at that store. I’ve never had a bad experience at KFC and have been going here quite often for YEARS. This store gives the most subpar service and quality of food. Then the lady in the picture was on the phone on a personal call in the kitchen while I was at the register waiting. I got so frustrated with them and just left everything there and left since I had an appointment to go to and thought it to be quite absurd to contend with a butch built, fat back, gobble neck, chicken worker about food I paid My Money for. She’s miserable and wants others miserable with her. They need better happier workers or that store will not last with that type of service and quality of food. -10/10 — do not recommend.

Customer service suck. The fat cashier threw my cash on the counter and slammed my food on the counter. I don't know what her issues is but if she doesn't wanna work then QUIT!!!!!! I'm not going there anymore since they lost a paying customer

wow I thought I was the only one who had been hit with getting the order wrong , ,,so 30 min ago I stoped at this location , I have been a customer for a long time so I ordered the special but I asked if instead of 2 mash potato gravy they could just switch one to coleslaw, they said no we cant do that, the special says 2 mashed potato, and I did mention that I am a long time customer , they said sorry we can't do it and said if you want you can purchase yet another side of slaw extra, well why do I need all that side? I asked , so I said its ok ill just get the 2 mashed potato and gravy, the hell with it!! so when I got to the window to pay I said my god you guys are really tough! so I got my order and paid and left so I pulled into another parking lot down the street to have a bit since I was really hungry and I just didn't want to wait till I get home! as soon as I opened the box I noticed that one buttermilk biscuit is missing there was suppose to be 2 !!! so normally had they done that favor for me and switched the one mash potato for a coleslaw It wouldn't have mattered for me, but since they were so hard nose about switching that one side I returned back and said to the lady at the window, "you know I asked you for a favor to switch one of the mash potato for a coleslaw and you guys refused" , but now here is the recipe and the food look at it you guys messed up my order and made me come back, so she looked at the order and saw they meed up my order so she put one more biscuit in the box and tried to hand me back the food and said sorry!!!! seriously??, no , no I said , I want a refund now . I told the lady! you were not flexible even for your long time customer , what make you think I would be ??? so I got my refund and I know that they surly throw out the food, after I left bcz they cant serve it again! against the law! , so they rather throw out the food than just switch one side for another ( pretty smart!! LOL),,,, some people are not cut out to be running a business "period". I just went across the street to chick filet and it was really good I had never had chick fillet it was my first time, they just made a new customer,.,..I dont think I'll be going back to this KFC any longer!
