Decided to get food to take back to our hotel room since it’s pretty much next door. It was FANTASTIC!! And way better than any of ours back in Albuquerque. The chicken was soaked In grease, the biscuits were soft and not rock hard. Everything was PERFECT! And the staff were really good too. Finally got to eat good KFC 😭🥺 THANK YOU!

I came in to get a chicken meal. I wanted to eat there and asked if they had a restroom where I could wash my hands. The guy at the register said they have no restroom for customers. The have seating and serve food and drinks and have no restrooms available?? This is against the law. Law in California says you need to have a restroom available for customers if you serve food and drinks and have a dining area. Unacceptable. Please fix this.

The young lady was patient and responsive. It's rare to see these days, but I was a victim of the Altadena Fire and hospitalized the past 2 weeks so forced to change.
Chicken real greasy. Potatoes had no flavor. Ordered a #3 should have been 4 pieces of Chicken only received 3 pieces. Checked and cashier charged for #2 3 piece. At least I wasn't overcharged for poor food. Didn't say anything. She had to wait on 3 customers so she was overwhelmed. Charged almost $15 for 3 pieces of Chicken, small potatoe, biscuit and drink. Chicken was 2 thighs and a leg the size of a Buffalo wing. Cost is too much for what you get. Will not be back. Do yourself a favor and go the super market and get the fried chicken they sell. You will get twice as much for a lot less.

Location: The area around this KFC is not in the safest area of unincorporated Pasadena. Lots of homeless individuals from the nearby rinky-dinky motels, many staying at tax-payers expense for free. Thick smell of marijuana skunk smell outside.
