Just stopped by at KFC went up to the window as it says to do when I approached the window I saw a person who looked at me and just walked towards the back I never got attended I waited for about 20 minutes and no one came to the window me and my husband shouted "hello" "is anyone here" and no response. This is honestly so unprofessional. Could've said they didn't want to work so we could've not waisted our time at this location

Honestly, the best for a quick bite, the chicken and the fries came out, fresh and warm, and the service was spot on.I will admit the drive-through/walk up window was new to me.

Small KFC with limited seating. The same goes for the parking lot. They all walk up in the drive thru. Seems a little unsafe to me. I wouldn't use

I just wanted to post a little review giving Maria the girl working the register props! I was there a little over a week ago…The food was fine pretty standard kfc dinner, but Maria the girl at the register ,was absolutely amazing she was efficient, kind sweet and professional I’ve never had such good service at a KFC or any fast food restaurant for that matter …she was great, I’m local ( sorta) and I will drive the extra 5 miles to go here just because of her.. thank you Maria hope you move up the ladder.. if that’s what your hoping to do there, because you deserve it girl!!

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I stopped to get food, only to find out there was 4 pieces of chicken and 2 pot pies for the rest of the night. It’s offensive to call this place a KFC.

I literally just left this location 10 minutes ago. I ordered my food, as the lady is handing me the food, I see a COCKROACH walking on the register counter. I informed the lady about it and she said "they just came recently to put out traps." Management is well aware they have cockroaches leading them to have traps set out meaning there are a ton of them and the place is still open? This is a food business, cockroaches should NOT be wandering around. The fact that one was crawling up front at the register/ pick up counter where customers can see makes it even more disgusting because I don't even want to imagine how many must be wandering around in the back.Disgusting!
I'm out here on business and went to two other places for a meal. Not one had the same friendly and hospitable personal. They served me so quickly and my food was ready as it should be in a fast food restaurant. Nice and fresh and as clean as can be. I appreciate this guys. ?not to mention the price is
Great and fast service from employees with a good customer service attitude. Food standard KFC. Clean and upgraded store.Location: The area around this KFC is not in the safest area of unincorporated Pasadena. Lots of homeless individuals from the nearby rinky-dinky motels, many staying at tax-payers expense for free. Thick smell of marijuana skunk smell outside.

I've given this place two chances, and that's probably two too many. They always get the order wrong. Sorry, but "back and drumstick" is NOT the same as "breast and wing." Mashed potatoes "with" gravy is NOT the same as mashed potatoes "with no" gravy. Dr. Pepper is NOT the same as Pepsi. Oh, and chicken that is still pink is NOT the same as chicken that is fully COOKED. Note to Yum corporation: keep better tabs on your franchisees before the only market you've got left is China.
