Let me start by saying that I have never written a bad review until now, circumstance has compelled me to do my part to help protect others from experiencing the extreme misery that is this place. It is a ghost kitchen but I decided to try since Google tricked me in to driving under the guise of it being an actual Dave’s Hot Chicken and I was hungry. I ordered and was immediately put off when it said that it would be a 30 minute wait for take out food. So I went to the grocery store to pick up some things, got back and the time got delayed and then delayed and then delayed… cut to 68 more minutes, during which time the place closed, they locked the door, and turned out the lights. I wonder if I will actually get my food… I didn’t see anyone come out. Needless to say I eventually go ring the bell nobody comes, ring again and again… nothing, knock on the window loudly nothing. Eventually another customer comes and uses a call box affixed to a different building, I call using that and they say 10 more minutes, they eventually come out slightly beating there predicted delay time with cold food and no napkins. All in all if you have 1 hour and 38 minutes to spare, aren’t very hungry and have nothing to live for then I would highly recommend it.

Both my payment cards were charged by some online website for the same amount the next day after buying food from here. They need to check their equipment for unauthorized card scanners.

They have a very good selection of different restaurants that you can purchase from, like Japanese food or pizza or burritos. It’s great when you have several people who all want to eat something different. The only thing is, sometimes the restaurants change so check the website first.

Picked up an order for Christmas Eve early in the morning. Jennifer and Marisela were out waiting for us with the order. I placed the wrong order but Jennifer and Marisela were both so kind and helpful in assisting to fix my mistake!!

Unless you dream of getting run over by delivery guys... don't even go here. If I could give less stars, I would.I was literally hit by a car here, the guy jumped out of the car, pushed me, ran in to get his delivery as I chased him, and then he drove off. The staff did not care. They said it was not their fault. No sympathy, no free meal, no discount. They just said to be more careful when in the parking lot, as you WILL get run over and not their problem.This is a high paced, chased, and run over delivery establishment only, that doesn't care. Pay for drlivery, or get run over!.. heck, don't even order from here, you'll be doing the planet a favor by not encouraging such bad behavior.

I enjoy this place because you can order ahead of time on their website, and if you're ordering with more than one person, everyone can get something different. If not, you can order inside the place using these kiosks and there's always someone around to help you if needed.
My go to is Dinos because the OG location is too far from me now and I was ecstatic to know it was close to home through this place. I also ordered cookies from Cookie Chaos. First time and not bad, but nothing crazy either. I've included pictures of the Cookie Chaos, but my group ate 2 already lol. They come with three large cookies total, nostalgic taste. Would order again - it's just your classic cookie.

A ghost kitchen with tons of options. I love this idea and concept. An easy way to order food with a variety of options. Everything is self service. There’s an associate there helping triage the orders and gave us a heads up that Halal Guys was behind on orders, which was helpful (especially for people in a rush). We ended up only waiting about 15 mins. Overall, everything was nice and easy. Only hard thing is the parking and construction going on. But just like any downtown spot, you’ll eventually find a spot and get the food you need.
