I went to try their coffee and scones since I've passed by them so many times and saw that they had scones on their online menu. Today, a staff member told me they don't carry scones, which was disappointing. So, I got a cinnamon twist and an iced crème brûlée. Tasty food and friendly staff, but the ambience was just average.

Got their almond milk latte, which they use their homemade almond milk that are non-filtered. We found it that is not what we wanted and they are very nice and exchange an oatmilk latte for us for free. Extremely amazing customer service.

This particular Klatch location has a special place in my heart - staff is always respectful, knowledgeable, and amicable. The quality of the coffee and drinks are immediately noticeable.
From espressos to cold brews, not only do they taste like ‘proper’ coffee shop coffees; they definitely do the trick. I unfortunately cannot say the same for all cafes, as there is usually something missing; whether it be quality, taste, effect, overall environment, or service. Klatch Coffee Pasadena, however, checks all these boxes and will thus remain as my go-to coffee shop :)
Special shoutouts to Isiah, Brenda, and Mia! Y’all probably tired of seeing me! Lol.

Klatch Coffee Pasadena is hands down one of my favorite coffee spots! The coffee is always expertly brewed — I especially love their oat milk cappuccino. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for working or catching up with friends. The staff are super friendly and remember your order, which makes it feel really welcoming. Plus, their pastries, like the honey bacon biscuit, are delicious. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Pasadena!

Made an early stop to get my caffeine fix, and tried to get $70 worth of beans to have handy at home; when I tried to pay with cash I was told by the very sweet barista that “The boss” didn’t allow them to take anything over $20 in cash. For context, their bag of beans alone is $22… what kind of business refuses cash from regular customers??? That’s absolutely ridiculous and quite frankly lazy. I understand they try to reduce the cost of having to hire a regular cash pick up but they should NOT put that burden on the customer. It’s plain lazy. Luckily there’s plenty of other coffee roasters near by. Definitely taking my cash where they appreciate the business.
