The staff was completely incompetent. The cashier couldn't give me my order, which was ready, because she didn't check if it was on the shelf in the cabinets. She said the order would be ready in a minute or two. I had to stand and wait for 15 minutes, and then ask her again to check the order. As it turned out, the order had been ready for a long time and was on the shelf in the cabinet. Someone, please teach the employees how to do simple work in a pizzeria competently.

The attention was fast and efficient. The workers were all kind and polite. The stuffed-crust option was pretty good. People put insane expectations in a fast-food pizza place, expecting a gourmet, Michelin-star experience, but for the price and for what it is, this pizza is pretty good, and I will definitely be back.

This location used to be decent, but has become steadily worse over the past year. There is rarely enough staff here — often, customers are left for many minutes at a time just standing in the shop waiting for someone to acknowledge them. Employees are never really rude — they’re just zombie-like and unapologetic for the crap experience. Truthfully, they’re probably treated horribly by the franchise owner, who is obviously cheap and NOT at all into customer service. This location almost never has “Hot-N-Ready” pizza on standby, always saying it’ll take about 15 minutes, which is absolutely not what Little Caesars is known for.
The unfortunate thing is, if you’re in Pasadena or Altadena, this is what you’re stuck with. The closest location after this is in Alhambra, which is a 40-minute round trip from central Pasadena. I’m not sure anyone is willing to drive that far/long for a quick and easy dinner option like Little Caesars.
After multiple really disappointing experiences here, I’m done with this location. The company should take notice of this location and severely reprimand the owner — we won’t be returning, and urge others to pass on this. If not, don’t say you weren’t warned!
Final visit on a Thursday night found about 7 people standing and waiting in the shop, no employee behind the counter, no one apologizing for the wait or explaining the back-up. After about 5 minutes of everyone looking at each other, I finally said screw it and left with another customer who said they’d never return, either.

I ordered the Ultimate Supreme for delivery. I didn't expect much but it was better than I thought. The crust was nice and it had lots of toppings on it. Not bad for the price.
There's a reason they don't respond to any 1 star reviews and only write back to the positive feedback... talk about not having priorities straight.

Dismal to say the least. Customer service is terrible, pizza wasn't great. The card machine errored on their side, but came out of my bank. They tried to charge me twice, and make me jump through hoops to get my money back. Poorly managed. Probably won't be back to this one.
