I went here and they told us to wait a couple minutes after we ordered, we waited and waited and they told us they accidently gave our order to another person. We waited even longer until they finally gave us the order!

Comment that when you come to buy a pizza it takes more than 20, 25 or 30 minutes and supposedly they have you wait and wait and a pizza cannot be more than 10 minutes that is my comment that they are not providing good service and they are not giving things fast

Ordered food on the mobile app said my pizza would be done at 8:00pm didn’t receive my pizza until 8:55pm. Any one that came in to order wasn’t greeted but informed they would wait an hour for there pizza, I didn’t see the point of using the app if I still almost waited the hour while I placed the order on the app around 7:20. Everyone working looked lost seemed like there was no structure no management. After getting my pizza and waiting so long I’d assume they would be done to perfection or at least somewhat decent but they didn’t even cut the pizza right and when I pulled one slice the cheese from the whole pizza came with the one slice. Since they probably rushed to cook the pizza they probably undercooked it I wasn’t going to risk getting sick from undercooked pizza so I tossed it. This is the second time I come to this place and it’s hectic first time they didn’t even let no one in cause there system was down only mobile orders but same delay gave them the benefit of the doubt came again but see no improvements.

I ordered my pizzas at 9 o'clock got there at 925 and apparently they gave someone else my pizzas I had to wait there with my kids in the car for another 30 mins I got my pizzas and it was the wrong order and they were cold. So we just left and I would appreciate the manager to contact me and either refund my money or replace my pizzas with a apology

Crazy Bread sticks were given to us RAW! Uncooked!! I had to Air Fry the bread sticks which will be the photo with the half piece . A person can get sick from eating raw food.

I had a good experience unlike the reviews below.But I ordered using the app and all I had to do was scan my QR code and it came out of the magical machine! And the machine talks to you telling you to have a good meal & not to forget your sides, it was so cool!!I used my Tmobile deal where I only paid $3 for the whole classic pepperoni pizza (8 slices)!! Such an amazing deal and I was only in the store for 2 min!!There is sufficient parking too.

Zero stars if I could!! Got a meat pizza when we ordered vegetarian. We asked for a replacement pizza or refund, since we don't eat meat.. and when we called the delivery number, they offered us 25% off and told us to order again. The local number won't pick up. What thieves... This CANNOT be okay. I'm paying for something we didn't even order.. And literally offering to give it back.

I was there waiting for 1 hour. Well, I had family over and already bought something warm. So after the hour, the food was cold. And, we ordered thin crust for one pizza but got thick crust. At least the pizza was warm, but that was it.

I like literally Cesar's but Every time I go to this specific location there customer service is horrible 1x , 25 min wait for my pizza , 2x they see me standing there and they on the phone they need better employees

Bro. Ordered the extra most bestest. The pizza I received had very little cheese and pepperoni. Looked just like the cheapest one. I asked them about it, and they insisted it was the correct one. I disagree. I've eaten this pizza enough to know that it was either wrong or they seriously are skimping out on the toppings. Super disappointed!! I will not be coming here again.
