I've been to a few places in Pasadena but this place has the best pupusas around. I go pretty much weekly. The owner of the restaurant is a super sweet lady !

I 100% agree with all the bad comments here. I been to this place plenty of time because I work around the corner and I don’t have many options to eat during lunch. Not once I have been treated nice. The young waitress is so rude to customers. They take 30 minutes just to bring you a glass of water. The food takes an hour to be served even when the restaurant is empty. They bring out the tortillas when you are literally finishing up your food. The service is just absolutely terrible!

Everything is good, the bad thing is the terrible service, the waitress looks dull because she is always angry. You arrive and nite pelan I have to stop to call them. The drinks arrive and you go back to calling them for another round, it's about selling. It takes a while for the food to arrive but it is understandable that they are popusas, not tacos. On weekends they play very loud music. This business has to know how to run a restaurant, the employees don't mind giving bad service because they are employees. They don't know how to serve food The girls carry them on their arms, ok they are covered so you don't know the trays.

I had very good pupusas today..... but the me seras have become angry, one speaks to them and they don't even answer. It seems that one goes to ask them on loan or for free. What bad service they have.

The horrible popusas are badly burnt and dry,,, They don't have extra air. I left the place smelling like a kitchen. I had to go home to take a shower again.
Ariana is great, fantastic customer service and great attitude, she makes you feel welcome, we order pupusas and the carne asada plate with shrimp both plates were delicious, we were so happy to stop by I took some empanadas to go, I’ll let you know how they were?I tried the empanadas they were delicious!! I got 2 of custard.

This place is a hidden place. The food is amazing and delicious for the price. My mom is Mexican, and she enjoys the sopes. My friend is Salvadoran, and she loves the food so authentic. I have seen karaoke on Fridays it gets busy but fun if not, just eat out in the patio it's renovated.
