By far the best Mexican place around Pasadena I have tried . Besides the food having great flavor the customer service is splendid and such amazing vibe as soon as you walk in !

I don't know how this place got 4 stars.I've been wondering for yrs how the food was here. I ordered Ubereats tonight to find out. Was I disappointed! I ordered the whole fried fish, whenever I see it on the menu, that's my go to. The rice and beans were average, nothing special, the fish had no seasoning, not even a little salt, it was bland. All of the food was cold. I ordered 2 Jamaicas,I asked for a cup of ice because it's so hot. No ice was sent , neither drinks had ice in them., they were both room temp. Very disappointed, I'll never order or go there again

I been coming here since 2004, while I went to school and was a school bus driver. I would come in to eat their wonderful tasty food and study. It's a big and clean, everything in the menu is wonderful. The service is friendly and the cook was such a good man. I loved their chilaquiles, nachos and their salsas amazing!!!!

I must've driven past this place 1 million times, but the swordfish bolted to the sign out front always gave me a strange impression. Is this a seafood restaurant? Is this a sports store? We finally tried it out this afternoon and I was surprised at how large the interior is. They have a large menu, and a surprising ice cream bar. When they first brought our food to the table, we were both apprehensive. I had ordered eggs and ham, and the ham looked like sandwich meat. My guest ordered Menudo, and he said he likes more of a stew consistency, where this was very watery soup looking. We both really enjoyed our meals however, and I will be coming back to this restaurant to try more of their menu.

Lunch time, where to go, my friend suggested this place. I ordered the milanesa torta and fries. The torta was very tasty but I did not know that they put cilantro and I did say no salsa. But at least the cilantro didn't over whelm the flavor. One thing is that they only have a large order of fries which is a lot of fries. They have the narrow cut potatoes and were cooked great.
Food was okay service was not great the only thing I didn't like it when we ordered coffee she prep it for us and I saw her watering down the coffee I don't know why they can't put sugar and creamer outside so you can prep your own coffee I didn't like that I never seen a place so cheap that they have to water down coffee

I usually get the burrito here at 7.99$ and the amount of serving was already borderline to me. they wrap the burrito almost like a square which is awkward. But recently they increased their prices, so now it's 8.99$ for my burrito (more than 10% increase). That's not the only thing was increased, their entire menu seem to have reflect higher too. Just beware of what you paying now. Competitively chipotle chicken burrito after tax is 8.16$. So I dislike their significant price hike. However they do serve free chips which is fresh and crispy which I do appreciate a lot. The restroom smell bad I don't think it's very sanitary. I was in there just to wash my hands but now I simply don't want to go in there.
