So sad they closed, one of my favorite Italian spots. Give me a call if you open elsewhere!

What happened?! Did you move locations? I am so bummed!!! Your food was so good and it's been replaced w a Mediterranean restaurant.

The food was great. The place is small but got packed since it was around dinner time. The service was outstanding. Glad I tried this place before it closes

Luciano's Ristorante has been in business for 21 years, and my family has been going there since they opened. I just recently learned they will be closing their doors for good on October 17, 2023. If you haven't been there for a while, now is the time to go to get one last great meal. I wish their family all the best!

New customers, so first time but last time.Ordered 2 Italian sandwiches that were yucky, and 2 iced teas total $37.47!! There was no air conditioning. It was on a Saturday afternoon, small restaurant was empty, then 2 other couples came in.When we got home we both had several mosquito bites on both legs who knows. One good thing, customer service was wonderful.

The food is pretty good; however, I just cannot deal with how rude the owner is. I tried several times to see beyond his rudeness, giving him the benefit of the doubt, but today I couldn’t take it anymore with him. Never going back there again.

You haven't had great Italian food until you've tried this restaurant. Family owned and operated is why they take great pride in what their restaurant stands for. Extensive menu but throw a dart cause you can't go wrong. Price point is spot on because their portions are enough for two meals. The place is small but their service is great. If you don't like this restaurant you should stay at home and eat your Prego and Chef Boy R Dee.

We were in the area and looked up Italian restaurants on Yelp. Luciano seemed hole in a wall kind of place and looked promising. We went over just around start of dinner time. We were greeted upon arrival and the place was expected, Eccellente! It's a family run restaurant, our host is the son of the owner, who is also the chef! The food was amazingly delicious and the service was awesome! By the end, our stomachs were full, but our hearts were telling us to still eat more! We were left with bunch of delicious left overs to take along and enjoy next day, ie today! I am writing this review while still enjoying these mouth watering leftovers ;) Btw if you don't like addicting delicious food, then stay away from this restaurant. We are already talking about driving over 1.5hrs to goto the restaurant again sometime soon!

For my first time here, 3.5 stars. We shared the pesto alfredo with chicken, the rigatoni Luciano and the clam linguine. The pesto Alfredo was the star of lunch! Highly recommend. They gave garlic bread with each pasta. We did takeout, and I'd recommend retoasting the bread. They're busy on the weekends, I called a few times before they picked up, which isn't a bad thing. Good things come to those who wait!Really want to try some more things, like their pizza and eggplant Parm, since other yelpers seem like it.

I got the order through uber eats and it was prepared professionally and hot. I ordered 3 dishes: 2.5/ 5 - Linguini w/ clam and white sauce: taste of the ocean was def there and the flavor was nice, but it was dry and not saucy so the texture was off. 5/5 - Rigatoni Ala Luciano - flavor was on point and was amazing 5/5 - eggplant parm - surprised how good this tasted

Luciano's is a super uncomfortable and awkward place to eat. The vibes are off as as soon you walk in through the door.A staff member in the kitchen was yelling at an Uber Eats delivery driver for arriving to pick up an order before it was ready. This was legit yelling like through the food pass window in an unhinged rage kind of way (not the cute Italian grandparents kind of way). The Uber driver said, "I don't control the app," and was about to sit down to wait when that same staff/cook/whoever yelled back, "it's your company..." and something about you gotta tell your people and legit called the guy a "**** idiot" in front of the diners in the restaurant. Whoa... totally crossing the line. The Uber driver is just trying to make a buck man. Chill out. It seems like that one guy in the back is the real d*** idiot here.Nobody wants pasta with epic rage sauce for lunch. The only yelling that should be done is by cute elderly nonnis about having more tiramisu. There are so many good Italian spots in Pasadena. This one stands out for the wrong reason. Do yourself a favor, and eat somewhere less awkward.
