Dim Sum reviews from others mostly good. For me food was just average and many items overpriced. The har gow best value, many other items overpriced. Worth a shot, but I won't be back.

Came here to celebrate a special occasion. Did reservations for a party of about 15 people. Ordered a bunch of item like Peking duck, bao buns, sesame balls, Shumai, shrimp dumplings, shrimp wraps and morning glory.
Food came out in a timely manner. It was pretty delicious and we even had some leftovers for take home. Overall, a decent a lot for dimsum but can get packed.
So many items sold out at 12:38

Food is very good but it's an odd place. you order everything online so service is really self service. They bring food to your table and you eat :)
They close at 7 I think so if you go for dinner go early because they start putting the chairs on the tables 40 min before closing so twice we now have been having dinner while chairs were being put on tables. lol. it's definitely an odd place, but the food is good!

Food is good value and really good quality. However, as this was my first time, the dining experience was terrible! They give you a small ticket with a QR Code, which you have to scan to see the menu and put in your order. The menu, for someone who was new to the restaurant, was overwhelming. I was recommended this restaurant for it's Dim Sum, but that is only the few couple of tabs, I had stopped at the desert tab because I thought it was the last, only to realize that that was but the beginning. I tried to have someone come over for a solid 15 min. I showed the server what I had ordered wondering if it was too much and asked if he could help me square up a recommend amount of dishes. He recommended more dishes that I added and it was way too much!! When everything came it was a feast for 3 people and I was dining alone. I didn't know what sauces to order so I ordered all of them. Honestly, if I knew what I wanted I might not have been so lost but the service, having to scan through my phone to look at small pictures, having to put the order in the phone, having little to no interaction with the service just made it the worst experience. The pity is that the food is good, but the service, and the huge basketball game on the screen just made me want to get out of there as soon as I could.

Lunasua is the best dim sum restaurant we can find in LA county. The jumbo shrimp dumplings are truly jumbo! There are 3 pieces of jumbo shrimp inside. We loved the texture of the wraps as well as the delicious shrimp. We also loved the spinach shrimp dumplings, and perfectly cooked stir fried green beans. (See photos)
Parking: The meter parking in front of the restaurant was always full when we came. But, we always managed to find a metered parking within two blocks.

Top 101 restaurants from Los Angeles Times .. I love this location! It is actually more quiet than Alhambra! I was also shock that the price is lower in many items ! Had a wonderful time spend with a friend I haven’t seen for a long time, we were able to spend 2 hours catching up with life the way Dim Sum suppose to be in the fine Cantonese tradition in Hong Kong..

Solid dim sum spot with generous portions and fast service. We ordered the boluo gao, siu mai, hak gow, BBQ pork bun, cucumbers, fried shrimp rice roll and dan ta. Everything was tasty, I couldn't believe how big the shrimp were in the dumplings!! The dried shrimp rice roll was incredible and the dan pastry was super flaky, delicious!
