It was very poorly run. The first two people we asked about checking in didn’t speak English. No one welcomed us, then some guy just told us to go in and sit anywhere.

l called to make specific reservations a week before our visit. I asked if the harpest will be there? They said yes! Is the table next to the fireplace available? They said yes! I really wanted to make sure I was getting the table I had asked for. I even talked to a mature lady (you see in the video announcements) and explained my concerns. She reassured that I had nothing to worry about and that she would take care of us.
