This place is pretty good as far as hot chicken goes. It's not the best but it's decent, I've ordered from here plenty of times. But Rays is still at the top. They don't really have much of a space for sitting in and dining. So if you want to eat you need to go down one of the nearby alleyways and sit at the tables there.

I love the food at this place, it's delicious to eat there. What I am not happy about is the way of customer service, how is it possible that the young woman eating and literally throwing my glass of soda at me got to order. He doesn't give me a receipt and doesn't seem to care, those small customer service things make big differences.

This place is really good on the flavor scale and fairly affordable. Portions are a bit on the lower ends but it is still filling. The tender can pack a real punch in the spice ???️

The chicken is genuinely terrible. It tastes like powder and spicy. Spicy isn’t supposed to be the only flavor, it’s supposed to be part of a whole flavor profile. Use some garlic or something.

Heath Department violation, untrained preparing food. I was waiting for my food, and observed untrained delivery drivers preparing drinks. No gloves, no hairnets, did they even wash their hands? Avoid ordering from here, you don't know who is making your food.

The competition for chicken sandwiches is pretty fierce as everyone is developing a product to compete for this business. That being said, the sandwich had good texture, taste and was not greasy. The sandwich volume is fairly modest so it's a bit pricey for what you are getting but the quality was high. It's located on a one way street so parking and access are not the easiest.

Street parking alert, be prepared to walk a few blocks after circling awhile looking for parking.Inside is barebones, pretty much a counter and a few bar seats. It can accommodate 4 people eating inside max. There are other seats outside in the side streets nearby. No restrooms inside.Service is barebones as well the counter is kinda lazy about everything. Wish I knew about ordering ahead the food take like 30 minutes to get.The chicken is really good, recommend the tenders over the leg meat. The sandwichs are amazing too. Fries add a good kick and round out the meal.Overall if it was not so hard to get here it would be worth it. Plan ahead and order online to avoid the wait.

Huge portions but everything is over-seasoned! We tried one of every spice level: naked, mild, medium, spicy, and supreme. All but the naked were over-seasoned, there's an extra powdery layer of dry seasoning that throws off the entire texture of the tenders. The fries were the same thing, great flavors but its like a drunk Guy Fieri coated these for the coal miners of Flavortown. The chicken sandwich was great tho! There's four seats inside the small counter served restaurant. However, there's many seats in the lit alley just down the block that was great. Just make sure you have enough water for the SUPREME.

Heard great things from a friend and had to try it! Easily my favorite hot chicken place nearby. The location is a small counter with no seating, so swing by for takeout. Street parking can be hard to find but there's a garage nearby. Friendly and fast service. Standard prices for the area. The fries were underwhelming/a bit soggy, but the chicken was FANTASTIC. Crispy and flavorful while still very tender inside. Definitely recommend and will be back.
