Great breakfast menu selection. I had a Denver omelet that was exceptional. I would recommend Marston's as a need to go place. I'm planning on trying the Huevos Rancheros next time. Lots of the other patron were talking about their French toast options, need to try that too. Definitely recommend a visit to Marston's

Delicious food I got the works which is 4 pieces of crispy french toast and my wife got the gorgonzola chicken sandwich. Both were yummy albeit a bit pricey. The waffles with the homemade whipped cream and pecans were divine. Service is quick and friendly just what you would want from a diner. The atmosphere is okay, it's in a cute little restored house but it's very basic.

You need to fix your AC. 91 degrees inside the restraunt is absurd. The quality here has slid over the last decade but the temp being 91 degrees is outrageous

We were delighted to share a delicious vegetable breakfast omelet with their famous strawberry french toast once again. Marston's is an old favorite of ours, and we are so thankful that they made it through the covid epidemic.Manyy small businesses in our hometown did not survive the CA government regulations.

Great food, but if you want your eggs a certain way, or your choice of side, make your own at home. They ask, but sometimes they'll ignore your choices and make whatever they want.
Awful service last time I went. Have you ever had a server say "yes okay" to your choice of bread, side, eggs, whatever... And then give you something different? Then when you mention it they go "oh we don't serve that"? Why did you say yes when I asked for it then?? That's one out of maybe 3 things that they messed up on with our very small table while I was there. Major attitude/rudeness problem too, but that's subjective to each person i suppose.

A fantastic breakfast/brunch option in a cozy setting. The food was delicious and well prepared. Staff are very nice and welcoming. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu consists of all of the classic breakfast options. Overall a great and filling experience.

I took my Mom here last week after her eye appointment,it was both our first time here. It was so cute kinda like a cottage type place you would never imagine it in this location. Parking is not the best but that's usual. I loved the atmosphere, loved the reviews, loved the diversity, prices are the norm for these days. Food selection is great, service is great, inside and outside dining. We both had something to eat we never had so I loved that. If you live in Pasadena check it out or up for a trip it's worth it. Enjoy. I had an omelette with hollandaise sauce and my mom had a tuna melt but so different than normal.
Vegetarian options: Very flexible with menu.
Parking: Few spots in back otherwise street.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu.

My husband and I were in town visiting and met a friend here. She raved about the cornflake-crusted French toast. It's a cozy place and it seems to be very popular. Service was fast and friendly. We had the French toast (one with berries and nuts and one with berries and bananas) and the macadamia nut pancakes. The French toast was OK but not stellar. The coating was nice but the bread was not soaked in the milk and egg dip enough to give it a good flavor. The pancakes were plain, a bit tasteless, with a sprinkling of macadamia nuts on top of the pile. (Hubby expected it to be in the batter of the pancake or at least throughout the layers.) Breakfast for three with beverages, tax, and tip was $88.
Enjoyed a great breakfast here
