If there was an option for a zero star I would because my sister just placed an order on the mobile app for $102 worth of food that we didn't received we contact out delivery person contact uber almost 40 minute wait and call the store the employee that answer and we try to resolve our issue said contact uber contact DoorDash and when we wanted to speak to the manager she hang up on us like really is this ur costumer service and how u handle the issue this is unprofessional at max we are never ordering here again and lost a loyal costumer for years that been coming here since I was a kid

Saturday morning at 10:27...horrible traffic planning for drive thru! This inbound lane is packed to the street preventing customers that are parked from leaving!! Whoever layed this design out should be fired for stupidity
DT always takes forever. Your in line for 15 min before you order, then get hit with another 15 min wait when you order 2 packs of cookies on top of whatever else the rest of the line took you to get to the payment window. Store is ridiculous. Never fails 30 min DT time every single time I go. Even if I just order fries and nuggets. Only reason I go back is because my girl eats mcds and it is the closest 1 to me. Other than that. Would never return.

Just called to find out the happy meal toy and was met with a hostile we don't know we just have them, we can't provide that information... every McDonald's i call has never had a problem answering that simple question and even the ones that are a bit irritated with the question still answer it and wish me well for the day. Not this place. Any who, cool beans, I guess I can't provide you anymore business.... and I'm a fat happymeal toy collector so to end this I'll say I'll driving the extra 2 or something miles to the next.
