The bathrooms are very dirty, I can't upload the photo, you ask for the order to be brought to the table and they don't, Mrs. María (with glasses) has a terrible attitude, you ask her for something and she gives it in a bad temper.

I've had it with this place. I will be generous and say they are notoriously understaffed rather than just lazy and slow but the service here is atrocious either way.

McDonald’s!! You have to get armed Security in your building. I walked in and there was a naked woman barricaded in the bathroom, refusing to come out! This is not fair to your WONDERFUL staff, who are only trying to do their job! Please remedy this immediately!

Came here to have breakfast. And their atmosphere is nice very clean . And their food is good too. But one thing that really bothers me is that these employees pretty much all of them behind the pick up side do NOT greet you or even acknowledge that have arrived to pick up . They see you, as in we lock eyes but they walk away and ignore you . Even when there is multiple people waiting. Still, I would give more stars here but no one really has just the most important thing a store can provide, hm, morals, standards ethics.. I could go on. Honestly it should be part of the training if anything. But thYs why people order online now, right?

This place has a very hostile atmosphere for their employees. This management needs to be retrained. Most of the arguments they had a customer can hear clearly since the head manager doesn't do her job properly. I really hope the owner takes control and checks on their head's manager since these poor employees don't have the voice to speak for themselves. This is why they hired young people to abuse them.

They literally put ice in my Carmel frappe ? and I don’t know what else they did, but I tried it anyways and it was literally disgusting, overpowered by coffee. Almost like someone mixed a iced coffee with a frappe and it is not good

I ordered a big Mac meal. I know it's busy so I was ordering from the kiosk, I finally saw someone at the registers I ordered from him instead. What I got was cold food that was sitting there for a while. I didn't want to complain and find something else wrong with my food so I decided to eat it with out complaining. I wish they would just see how this is bad service and if it was him would he like this treatment. Normally they are welcoming and very good service.

I literally just got home . Excited to eat my hash brown with ketchup and once I took a bite I noticed something black. I honestly don’t know what it is. But it was disgusting. Just threw it in the trash ugh .
