This drive-thru is the SLOWEST I have ever been to. I visit twice a month as it is next to the vet I take my dog to. The employees sometimes are nice, yet usually unfriendly and unwelcoming. There's one gentleman that runs the speaker in the Drive-Thru and he is very friendly. Idon't know what's going on back there in that kitchen, the longest I've waited in line is 16 minutes, the least amount of time is 6 minutes, all off-peak hours. Ugh!

I hate the kiosks. The employees will just let you stand there waiting to place an order or for them to acknowledge you until you break down and use the computers. Somehow McDonald's has managed to make the kiosk ordering experience painfully slow and annoying. I have my stupid order down to a single sentence, but it takes five minutes on the clown sized smartphones.
The worst is when the employees try to teach you how to do their job. Just open the kitchen, I'll make the burger too. It'll be quicker.
