When your in the mood for a classic burger and you enjoy McDonald's, this is the place to go. Just make sure that when you order LARGE fries you don't get a large box with fries half way up the box. It's happened to me at several McDonald's that even if we go and ordered in the Drive Thru, we have to make sure the fries are ALL the way up to the rim of the box.

I had a very bad experience at this McDonaldâs. I ordered breakfast through the McDonaldâs app before 10:30 and my order was confirmed. When I arrived at the drive thru, the line was moving very slowly, but I wasnât concerned since my mobile order had already been placed and confirmed. When I finally reached the speaker, I was told I couldnât get my order because I didnât reach the speaker before 10:30. I explained I was already waiting in line and had a confirmed mobile order, but the employee just kept repeating that I had to be there at the speaker before 10:30. She didnât bother to apologizing or help for the inconvenience. The manager was also very unprofessional and showed no concern for customer service. This has never happened to me at other McDonaldâs locations, especially when my order is already confirmed through the app. They need to work on their customer service skills. I would not recommend coming to this location.

Update for 2025. The fries have been absolutely awful every time I have been this year. I wish I knew what time to go to get fresh fries. They are stale, gummy, or limp every time despite lines that would indicate high turnover of fries. Drive thru hell. The dual lanes are terrible at every McD's but this one is super slow. The worst part is that almost every time when there is a long line, a car will pull around the line like they are going to park in the second lot, then they jet in and cut in front of the line in the second lane. It is ridiculous! And you don't want to fight over it because that would be silly. Also, the workers do not offer ketchup and they throw your bag through and try to walk away. I asked for ketchup and she has to walk away to get some. Why is there not ketchup by the window? It might be a little faster to just give it instead of waiting for people to ask.

Love this McDonaldâs location in Pasadena, CA â€ïžđč I was surprised to see that this location is very different than the other McDonaldâs locations. It is different definitely because the way it is decorated inside and how they show the history of The Tournament of Roses Parade history đčâš on display.
I like this McDonalds. They have Kiosks to order - I prefer a human, but many times there's nobody at the counter to take your order. They are open a bit later, which is good. The lines at the drive thru can be long, so I go inside most of the time.
It feels nice inside. I notice that there are small groups that meet here and socialize - that's nice. Seniors getting out - that's good too. The parking lot is large enough too!
Food is McDonalds. Consistent and nothing special. Service is mixed. Sometimes it's great and they bring the food to me. Sometimes it's my number being called out. I've also sat in the pick up parking spot and they bring the food out to my car.
A brighter, happier feeling McDonalda. Clean and feels very safe inside and out.

Food was nice and hot (love it when my food is fresh) but service was really slow that day đ not sure what was going on after about 20mins I asked if they received my order because I did do moblie they checked and confirmed and I still had to wait like another 5to minutes everyone that came in after me weather they ordered in or moblie left before me .

The lady at the drive thru yelled at me for driving Foward for the drive thru and it was really rude the way she yelled at me. Not only that the Frappuccino that they served me was all iced and no liquid by the way I was the only car in drive thru so there was no reason to rush me . Never coming to this McDonaldâs again I would drive somewhere farther if thatâs better for me .

But what I also love is the calm, clean atmosphere. It is not too noisy inside and what is mostly relaxing is to hear the classical music playing inside the restaurant.
