Mijares Mexican Restaurant

I was heading to another bar and wanted to try this place out first. I drank some beers, ate some complementary salsa (the chips were really good!), and watched some sports. The place was pretty packed; the private room was occupied.

The service was great. They were efficient even when it was a packed house.

They have a good size parking lot. You can park in the neighborhood for free also.

First of all, I have to say the service was excellent! Very nice atmosphere and waiters and waitresses were extremely pleasant. Always making sure we had everything we needed! The food was also amazing! Oh, and the peach margarita on the rocks was phenomenal! Will definitely come back here again!

German Aguilar bad customer service.i been waiting here for 20 minutes to be seated and when i ask why im waiting his response was oh well we are busy. He should have been more professional and said im sorry for the inconvenience.

Mijares Mexican Restaurant – Comfort Food & Great Service

Stopped in at Mijares Mexican Restaurant and went for the classic: cheese enchiladas. They were tasty, not spicy (a relief for those of us who think “mild salsa” is already walking on the wild side), and came as a generous portion with rice and beans. Definitely filling and satisfying.

One of my friends is vegetarian and had some special requests. Even though what she wanted wasn’t technically on the menu, our waitress went above and beyond to help her put together exactly the dish she was craving. That kind of flexibility and friendliness makes a huge difference.

Overall, the service was excellent, the food was solid, and it’s a place I’d happily return to for a comforting, no-fuss meal.

Was there for the Celebration of Life of my older sister. The food was delicious, service outstanding and atmosphere made me feel like I was in my Nana's kitchen. Very family focused.

The table side guacamole is a must have. My favorite was the enchiladas and the cucumber marg was buzz worthy! Service was quick and efficient. Definitely recommend.
