They are closing so this is a moot review. Waited in line for mango ice. Sat down for ten minutes only to be told there is no more mango.

A perfect stop for a hot day. I opted for the green tea and red bean Bingsu (Korean shaved ice) topped with mochi, scoop of green tea ice cream and just a little bit of condensed milk. It was refreshing and a sweet treat after a meal. They have tons of flavors to choose from including fruit selections. Perfect place to take the kids as an alternative to ice cream. Serving is definitely enough for sharing. Staff was helpful in explaining the different options. Located at an alley off the Main Street.

Great place that offered both fruit topping shaved ice as well as green tea or black sesame topped shaved ice.

We've been here a few times now, and we love this place! We've ordered the mango bingsu twice now and it's definitely our favorite here. Perfect for a hot summer night. The service is really great here too.

ngl: it's cute. however NOT worth the price. there are better ice cream places other then here. $7 is a bit too much and taste was mediocre at best. my brothers had shaved ice and only the top was "seasoned": inside was just plain ice. The maker may or may not have sneezed on the shaved ice so that wasn't a good impression. workers seemed nice: ice cream was so so.

Good place to have dessert in hot summer day. Love their red bean and their shaved ice is so fluffy. I'm questioning about their hygiene as all the servers were not covering their hairs. I don't know how they can prevent their hair from failing or dangling in to the desserts

The bingsoo itself is good, priced around $8-12 for a cup or bowl. Street parking, but there's a pay lot right next to it. BUT I went at 8 PM and there was only ONE WORKER and this poor girl had to take orders and assemble them for a FULLY PACKED STORE. Literally every table had a party waiting for their food. Vicky (I think) was doing her best and was extremely conscientious with the presentation and quality but she just didn't have enough hands to do so much. I saw at least 6 people leave due to the wait in the 45 MINUTES it took for 3 bingsoo cups. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, MANAGEMENT GET THIS GIRL SOME HELP!!!!!!!!! Be prepared to wait if they continue to staff the way they do.

The bingsu was so delicious and the order was fast. Simple and spare but friendly and fast! My kid loved the 'cone'!

Soft and the ice soooo fluffy. Love this spot. Should try the Oreo and Mango Strawberry is the best. And don't forget to pour the sweet milky sauce on the top for the perfect taste.

Service: 6/10 Presentation: 8/10 Taste: 9.5/10 Ambiance: Calm Environment: 7/10 Total: 7.6/10 A few days ago I was really bored so I took my parents out for dessert, but I wanted to try something new. So looked up some cool new places to go for dessert and I found Milkie and Snowie. Since we have never been there we went there. It was a little difficult to find it because it was in an ally way. When we got there there were only a few people inside so they weren't very busy. We went to the counter to order. It took a good 5-7 min for the lady to come out and take our order. The lady took our order then we went and sat down. The lady took her sweet time making the food and it took about 1 hour to get our food. For a first time eating here it tasted pretty good. Altogether I give Milky and Snowie a 7.6 because of the bad service and that it wasn't that clean in there. For a first time I recommend that you go here but I don't recommend if you go here often.

Waffles we're ok. They didn't have a knife to cut the waffle. Even though it was already pre cut into 4 I would like to cut it more like bite size rather then shoveling it into my mouth.

Summer is officially here It's time to eat Korean Bingsu! Especially the ones come with fresh fruits like strawberry and mango How about topped with Taiyaki? That's a great idea, right? Do you agree? Sooooo cool! Check milkie & snowie when you in Pasadena area. Don't forget to create your own style bingsu

We were SO FULL after dinner in Pasadena, but when someone said shaved ice, of course we had to go! They offer a variety of flavors, and we tried about four of them. Each one offers soft, pillowy snow topped with fruits, nuts, mochi, ice cream... just... the works. They make each dish to order, so once you place your order, there can be a bit of a wait, but it's worth it! The place isn't too big, so there may be a wait for chairs.

The snowy part could use another flavor or component perhaps sweet condensed milk. My Respects to the lone employee who made it happen despite the various orders. Good job!

The ice cream was delicious but the service was ehh. They messed up my order, though they made some the other cups into bowls. What my main irk is, is that they don't have any restrooms. They have a sitdown place but no restroom? I had to go really bad and was told to go to 85 bakery. THEN, an old lady was let to go to the back area that says employees only? The old lady came in with a lot of family so she was a customer too.
