We love it here! My son Ryan started with 30 min voice lessons with Mr Bradley Goddard, after 3 months he was able to perform on his first ever recital with such confidence. We have also extended our lessons to 45mins and ryan wants to start ukelele, Ryan looks forward to his next recital :)

Thank you PMA for introducing our son to piano! He started taking weekly lessons shortly before he turned 5 years old, and looks forward to coming every week. He has made tremendous improvements in just 3 months, and will sit at the piano and practice his scales and music he learned in his classes.Tom Ameen is a wonderful teacher! I selected Tom because of his extensive background in Disney piano music (and as a big Disney fan, it was a no brainer). Tom is kind and patient, he encourages my son to challenge himself without being too pushy. The pace is just right and does not feel overwhelming at all. Tom and my son have a great bond, and I like that they are very respectful to one another. I particularly appreciate that Tom writes summary notes after each class so that I know what to practice with him at home.My son feels confident at the piano and it's been SUCH a joy to see him improve week by week. He feels proud when he completes a challenging piece. I like that the school also puts on bi-annual recitals, which is such a great way to overcome stage fright. I hope by end of the year my son would be ready to participate.Will continue to participate as long as we can!

Pasadena Music Academy offers great opportunities for young artists and musician's to gain experience and confidence in their instrument of choice. I was looking for a place that offers drum classes and found this place. My 13 year old takes drum lessons and absolutely enjoys taking drum classes here! , Bex is an awesome teacher! Were so happy Bex is my child’s drumTeacher, she’s very talented, kind, caring and communicative, always provides positive feedback on how my child is doing in her sessions and always informs us on what they will learning. Bex is the best drum teacher and Pasadena music academy offers great music opportunities it’s a great place for drum classes !.

I've been going here for almost 6 months and absolutely love it! My teacher, Elizabeth, is extremely friendly and a perfect teacher. The staff is very nice, the online interface is easy to use, and they have a great cancellation policy. I do voice lessons and have done a variety of songs including one in french. They give students the option to chose songs they want to learn which I think makes learning an instrument or practice singing much more enjoyable for students of all ages.

Our five year old daughter has been taking piano lessons at PMA for several months now and she loves it. Her teacher is amazing and keeps her interested in learning, enough for her to come home and want to practice on her own. The staff there are wonderful as well and are very responsive and accommodating to schedule requests. Great place to try out some lessons!

My kids and niece all take different kinds of lessons here (guitar, voice, piano). Everyone is very happy with their instructors and their lessons. The business is run efficiently by friendly people. Communication is so easy! You can text Spencer if the kids are sick or you have a question and he always gets right back to you, no waiting. I recommend this school unreservedly. It's affordable and you get really good quality for the price. After every lesson I get an email listing what they specifically learned and what to practice. My kids really love Susan and Olivia, and whenever they've had a substitute teacher they've loved them, too! Plenty of free parking, which is an important detail in Pasadena.

My daughter, 15, decided to start learning violin and we found PMA. The first instructor was not a good fit for her, and the immediately heard me when I said this and tried another instructor. The monthly membership makes it very easy for payments. 6 months in she changed to viola and no issue at all. Very flexible on lessons, in person, zoom, or even recorded session emailed to you so that last minute sickness or vacations don’t mean losing a lesson. Everyone at the desk is helpful and quick to respond, special shout out to Spencer who really does everything with a smile!
