Love this Movita! Everyone is so kind, but most of all the smoothies keep me full and are helping me from my addiction to ice cream. I never did eat a lot, but I noticed after my sweet craving to ice cream how the weight was starting to be a problem. Now I have a healthy sweet additiction to Movita smoothies! Fruit sugar gets dispersed better throughout your body and does not make you fat. I am excited about spending my money on something healthy than something bad for my body and Movita is just a hop skip and a jump away! It was okay service, pretty fast! But the bowl was VERY soupy. I had to move it to a separate bowl and everything in there was drenched.

Almost 30.00 for a juice and smoothy. Portions are small. Juices are not done fresh infront of you. They predo it? So you really don't know of it is fresh.

We walked in 8:45PM and asked for fresh orange juice the lady at the register was so rude and said we don’t have any juices!! I drove 25 mins so we can get an orange juice!! She even did not care!! Don’t waste your time going there after 8:30!!!

Got my order incorrect but that was easy to fix.
Problem was I was the only customer sitting in the shop and waiting for my drink. No one else there.

A few people walked in and picked up their phone orders and I sat and waited, and waited, and waited.

Until I went to the counter and asked if my drinks were ready and without turning back to face me, mumbles under her hoody "I called you".

I said but I've been sitting here for more than 5 minutes and there no one else here, why would you not get my attention if my drinks are ready. She didn't turn around to acknowledge me instead just walked away to the back. It was the rudest thing EVER

Two other employees came to help me and that is when I mentioned that I didn't recognize the drink sitting on the counter because I didn't order three smoothies. Just 2 drinks and a sandwich.

After realizing the extremely blatantly rude employee was the same one who had just made our $20 smoothies, they became hard to drink. Feeling extremely uncertain about how she respects the rest of her responsibilities.

Sad because I've been coming here for years.

Writing this in hopes the manager/owner can correct this issue before our neighborhood juice spot goes down the drain with one bad attitude

Been ordering the 1 day kit for a few days in north hollywood and decided to order final cleansing day here. Everyone seemed friendly my juices were very cold which is so helpful since this location is further out. I was helped immediately. Thank you! Will return to this location if time permits

The smell of bleach is what kills me. I really want to live this place. The smoothies are great. But the smell of cleaning supplies is so palpable in the air that I can’t bring myself to trust it. I can’t imagine those chemicals aren’t making their way into the fruits and cups so it’ll be the last time I visit.

I prefer going here for smoothies. I generally don't drink smoothies as I prefer eating fruits and veggies but my kids love this place. It's clean. It's better than Jamba juice. I order pineapple and coconut with coconut shavings and milk. Also no agave because it has a strange after taste for me. The working crew kind and don't forget to get your card membership for points. I am always getting a free drink. I do love this place.

I walked into this Movita location, and surprisingly, I wasn’t greeted. OK, not every place does that, but a few minutes later, some pretty girls walk in, and suddenly Cayden springs into action like he's competing for Employee of the Month!

When I asked about popular smoothies, Cayden's response was vague at best: “It’s all the same. You can substitute anything.” I wanted to ask more questions, but it felt like he had a personal vendetta against me from the start. His reply? “Don’t hate the player, hate the game.” Really? What does that even have to do with a simple smoothie choice?

As he walked away, he mumbled something typical. This was my first time at Movita, and while the ambience was initially great, it quickly soured thanks to the poor customer service.

I don’t recommend this location. They did give me a refund, but the overall experience left much to be desired.

To give them another chance, I tried to buy a wheatgrass shot, but Cayden didn’t know a thing about collagen, which was why I opted for the wheatgrass shot in the first place. When I told him collagen is a protein, he argued with me, insisting it wasn’t. Gaslighting customers, especially when you’re misinformed, is completely inappropriate.

This was an embarrassing experience, and I won’t be returning. I’ll also be referring this incident to the Better Business Bureau.

Every table was dirty, no eye contact, greeting, hello please or thank you from the three employees there when served. Smoothie was good, got a matcha mango.
