A little disappointed. The bananas in my smoothie were really unripe. Everything else seemed clean and healthy though.

I have been trying different cafes, tea shops, and juice bars and this was my first time at Movita. I ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie which was delicious. The staff was friendly and there are some comfortable chairs as well as a few small tables for indoor seating. Definitely will be back!

I had an issue with my order, and while one employee was trying to explain it, another one butted in when it wasn’t her business. She interrupted rudely, rolled her eyes, and spoke disrespectfully on behalf of her coworker. The attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this location, and based on other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who’s had this kind of experience.

Second time stopping here. Both times had a MR Coffee smoothie. Filling and the right pick me up. Staff was friendly. I'll continue to come back!

5+ employees and not one says hi with a smile. Waited for a few minutes until one employee finally asks if i want something and when i said yes i would like to order she says go to the kiosk. Yo, it would have taken less then 30 seconds to take my $15+ smoothie order. I just turned around and walked out. Not worth supporting a store this spot. No wondering they are hiring, management probably sux

Movita Juice Bar is a açaí and juicer bar located in Pasadena. It’s one of many stores that offer healthy smoothies and juice. They’re located in midsize shopping plaza.

Interior was clean and organized. Indoor seats are available albeit limited. I came on a hot afternoon craving for a nice heathy smoothie. It was my first time to try Movita brand. I had the Papaya smoothie, and it was refreshing.

Prices were fair. Staff was competent. Plenty of parking spot. Kiosk available for faster service. Service was spot on.
Overall, it’s a nice healthy juicer bar.

I walked in and told the cashier that I was very thirsty and dehydrated and what do they have that was best for that. She rolled her eyes and pointed down at the menu on the counter, saying these are smoothies. These are juices. It’s whatever you want. Never have. I felt so dismissed by this chain. Normally it’s my go to for juice and açai bowls and the location in North Hollywood is great, but I was clearly inconveniencing the cashier today in Pasadena. What happened to plain Old customer service? She clearly did not want to be bothered with my question. Once I got an answer from her, I was going purchase 12 additional juices so they missed out on the whole sale all because the girl wanted to roll her eyes and tell me the juice choice is up to me instead of telling me which drink was refreshing or thirst quenching and that’s really the only information that she needed to provide. I’m not going back to this location again call mom I’m not gonna go somewhere that rolls their eyes when I have a question about their products. And someone should teach her how to provide better customer service at the juice place She chose to work at.

Ordered an açaí bowl--
The açaí base was so watery , it was like cold soup (ate this in my car right infront of the store)
The strawberries were old and mushie. Won't be coming back

This juice bar was amazing! I usually go to Nékter Juice Bar, but this place is infinitely better. The smoothies were delicious, especially the Green Blend. I loved the combination of mango, pineapple, and kale. The Berry Antioxidant was also very tasty. You can tell all of the ingredients are fresh. I would like to note that the big size is quite filling, almost enough to be a meal! For example, a big Green Blend is 460 calories. So if you’re looking for a little sweet treat after a meal, I’d say get the small size.

The service was also great, and the place itself was clean. I am definitely coming back, and would highly recommend this to anyone craving some kick ass smoothies.
