I stumbled onto Muscle up Meals though a quick internet search for health meal prep in Pasadena. I am so lucky to have found this place. The food is healthy and that was important to me, but I also wanted it to be tasty. All the meals I've had have been full of flavor and I never feel deprived, in fact, I actually look forward to eating the meals.
