Love the name, love the cakes. These Bundt cakes are great, they are decorated beautifully and well presented. An amazing choice for birthday cakes. They taste pretty good too, but the taste is not the selling point. The decoration and aesthetic is the main reason for choosing these cakes.

Their carrot cake was delicious! Priced right, and they take cash! I thought "do I want a bundt cake?". Doesn't matter! Totally recommend from my experience.P.S.: They close at six, not seven.

First and foremost, Emma's unacceptable lack of professionalism, customer service, and customer retention are consistent over the past four years.Emma aggressively interrupted my discussion with a team member by being extremely confrontational, condescending, and rude in front of customers. This was the fourth time she acted as if she were doing me a favor by doing business with me. I implore you, viewers to read the other reviews such as the 10/4/2018 review by Jackie B, and 6/10/2020 review by Marcella G., and recent one-star ratings "what is going on with the service at this location" which I have personally experienced by way of none other than the store manager, Emma. The comparisons show Emma's continued disdain toward customers and historical preferred choice of demeanor over the years. The reviews reflect the entitled pattern of behavior and deplorable LACK of human respect or courtesy by Emma, Nothing Bundt Cakes Manager. Like others in the reviews, I now go to the Glendale location" who also offer incentive rewards!!Ingrid, it is apparent that you as the owner of this store continue over the years to enable Emma's behavior which is why she feels empowered to be rude, condescending and desecrate your business. As a result, your complicities cannot be tolerated any longer which is the reason for the public review (after first calling you as well) and I now will drive to the EXTRAORDINARILY awesome customer service GLENDALE, Nothing Bundt Cakes location.

What happened to this location? Service has been going downhill for the past several years and now not even worth going here anymore. We used to get cakes here on a weekly basis and they were always our go to birthday cake store. Cakes are still delicious but we won't be bringing our business to this location anymore. We tried the Glendale location one evening when this location wasn't willing to accommodate our cake order because they were closing and the service and attitude of all the staff in Glendale was just superb! Even though this location is more convenient, we won't be coming here anymore.

My wife recommended Nothing Bundt Cakes as a birthday gift for my sister. I'd never heard of them, but apparently my sister had because she was over the moon when the surprise delivery arrived at her home! I was ecstatic because she was so happy! Thanks for the great product and speedy delivery, NBC!I definitely recommend this company and will order from them again!

I love their chocolate chocolate chip cakes but I was disappointed by the Blueberry Bliss cake. It had very little blueberry flavor and only a few blueberries in it.
