I really despise when the restaurant is fairly empty and the host sits everyone in the same section. I’ve never worked in this industry so I'm not sure of the reasoning behind the practice. It always bothers me but today in particular because the groups of people who the host chose to seat by me were wearing the loudest perfumes/colognes that really assaulted my senses. I was dining alone and enjoying the quietude and there was still plenty of empty seats in other parts...

My wife and I visited Pasadena this past weekend and stumbled upon Oh La La—what an incredible find! The food is fresh, flavorful, and made to order, and the bakery items are made fresh daily and taste amazing. We were so impressed that we ended up eating breakfast there both mornings of our trip, and even grabbed sandwiches to go for a late-night meal after a concert.

The service is exceptional, warm, and attentive without being overbearing. And can we talk...

We love this place, the food and ambience are on point and the staff are really sweet. It is also dog friendly.
Great for breakfast/brunch or dinner. Every once in a while the pastry is disappointing but mostly the croissants are fresh and delicious.
