Genuinely terrible service. Took forever, portion sizes were extremely tiny, and overall just a terrible experience. Would NOT recommend to anyone because there are so many better restaurants near by. Save yourself the time!

We went to this Panda Express because the one in south pasadena had a rat at their location. This one is super clean, the service was quick, and the people working there were great. The food was fresh and amazing for fast food! Def coming here again.

i come to this location very frequently and honestly, it's one of the best pandas i've ever been to. the food is always fresh, the service is always nice, and the place is always very clean (see pic of 100/100 pasadena rating on the door).
plenty of seating indoors, with a couple of chairs and a table outside, too. all wheelchair accessible.
can get busy during lunch and dinner hours, especially with mobile pick-up + indoor crowd, but they're always pretty quick in handling everything. highly recommend this location.

This places serves fresher ingredients and cares more about presentation than any other Panda restaurant I've been to. I ordered the quinoa rice. It was cooked perfectly. I had the eggplant tofu. Most places over cook it and leave it dripping in oil. This location mastered it! The watermelon Mango Refresher was a great pairing. Yum!

HUNG UP IN MY FACE 3 TIMES without even hearing what I was calling for! What a psycho, disgusting branch! I placed an online order including egg rolls and crab rangoons specifically adding a note asking them to include sweet and sour sauce which they SHOULD do already. When I received the order, there was no sauces whatsoever. I tried calling the branch just to leave the feedback that they should automatically include sauce when these items are ordered. No big deal, just a little customer feedback to help improve their service. Well instead of hearing what I had to say, the person that answered put the phone down and then about one minute after I was hung up on abruptly. I called back again and the phone was picked up but no one said anything. I waited 5 seconds and when I finally said “hello”, I was hung up on again. The 3rd time I was hung up on as soon as they picked up and they never answered again. What an unprofessional and cowardly way to deal with customers. They literally didn’t even know what o was calling for and just kept hanging up on me! I’m sure the owners of the Panda Enterprise would be disgusted and want these people replaced. I do not recommend going to this Panda Express and especially not ordering online from them! Occurred 5/9 at about 8pm.
