I had a very good experience at the Panda Express on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The staff was friendly and served everything quickly even though the place was busy. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the portions were generous for the price.
If you’re craving Chinese fast food that’s consistent and quick, this location is a great choice. Definitely recommend!

By far one of the worst Panda Express that I’ve been to, the portions are uneven and they are very rude. I also forgot to mention that I got a hair in my food and that wasn’t very pleasant

We had a very disappointing experience at this Panda Express. When we arrived, there was no line at all, but we still ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food. We specifically ordered Kung Pao Chicken and were told it would be ready in 7–8 minutes — we agreed and waited patiently. I even stepped out to get drinks, which took about 15 minutes, and when I returned, the food still wasn’t ready.
What’s worse is that the person responsible for cooking was standing around chatting with the manager instead of preparing our order. It wasn’t until we went up and asked again that they finally started cooking it. For an empty restaurant, this level of service is just unacceptable. Definitely not the kind of experience we expected.

I received the smallest food portions ever today at this branch. The servers were courteous, but with loud and too much side talks.
The tables are small with wore tops.
I used to come often and it was way better; therefore, this 3-star rating is an average of all the prior visits.
This is also one of the places is better for college students to come here and eat and hang out. The food is great. I’m guarantee you you will like it. As a YouTube content creator, I’m guarantee you🫵 will like this hundred percent.

Coin machine shorted me and the manager never came to help me and the rest of the employees were very unhelpful.. The issue was never resolved I hope u check your receipt next time your are here because they are stealing people's hard earned money.

Panda Express is great for cheap, fast, macro-friendly meals. They list the calories as well as amount of protein for each item, which I have never seen before. For fast food it is decently healthy if you pick the right items, you can get over 100g of protein which is insane value. The staff are very friendly, but I asked for a student discount and they said they gave it, but on the receipt it was regular price. Kinda suspicious, usually they give 10% off for students.
