If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a simple cheese, and pepperoni pizza and original bread sticks for delivery. They sent the wrong pizza not once but twice. I wouldn’t have minded but I have a son who has autism and he would not eat it. The first time we got the delivery it was not only wrong but it was cold and the cheese looked hard like it had been sitting for a while. The bread sticks were tiny and hard because they were so small. The person who I spoke with on the phone the first time I called to tell them my order was wrong confirmed my order and the second time I called he said he made it himself. It’s been 2 hrs and I still have yet to get the correct order. It’s on the ticket which pizzas we wanted because we made the order online. How hard is it to read the ticket even after I called to mention we didn’t get what we ordered. They do not pay attention to their customers and it shows. Didn’t offer any refund or credit for the inconvenience, and the situation was handled super poorly.

This place is about as terrible as they come. I walked in and there’s a young girl and a dude in the cooking area, girl doesn’t really look like she’s doing anything the young man (African American) seems to be trying his hardest to handle all the orders and is working hard there’s an individual (Latino) who’s handling the pizzas and food after they are done cooking and he’s working really hard the only problem is he seems so lost and his managing of his assignment is terrible. None of the pizzas are organized some are missing items and some older delivery guy is making him even worst by not helping and just provoking him and making him probably feel terrible for not being efficient at his assignment. The delivery guy just leaves without helping anyone, when I asked the young girl if she could help me with my pick up she ignored me. There were four other people waiting for pick ups all stating we’re ready. I had to literally go and read the names grab my items grab my ranch and leave because I was being ignored. This is after me waiting 15 mins and watching everyone do nothing. The pizza ended up being subpar at best. I’m sure with training everyone could have this place running good but it truly was pathetic.

We went to this location at 10:30AM and met the manager Manuel. Before he actually opened the door to begin his day, he already made 19 pizzas for an event at a local school and prepared them for delivery.Manuel is very dedicated to ensure your experience with Papa Johns is pleasant. He went through the carry out specials, which were pretty good. $7 for a one topping medium pizza, but you have to order at least 2.After taking my order, Manuel advised me it'll take about 15 minutes, so I can either have a seat or visit Rite Aid. Instead, we decided to watch Manuel work his magic making our order. It was pretty entertaining to watch.After our order completed the oven baking process, he cut and boxed my pizzas and wished us a great day.This location is pretty lucky to have Manuel, a well experienced and caring manager. Additionally, he keeps the store well organized and clean.

I arrived a little earlier than expected so I asked the guy behind the counter if he could start cooking. He did so without gloves, which is unsanitary especially since we're coming out of a pandemic. Also the pizza he made gave me mild diarrhea, probably by not following proper sanitation procedures.

Never thought I would have anything to say about a papa Johns pizza, but here I am. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, onion and bell peppers. I also ordered it well done because that's the way my wife likes it. Well I picked it up and dropped a $1 bill in the tip jar. When I got home and looked at the pizza was missing the pepperoni and it was not well done. The wife asked if the dough was even cooked. Needless to say, it wasn't that tasty. Kinda disappointing with this pizza. Had to vent, there you go!-Joe.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the pizza I received. I dont care what they claim about "their signature dough being fresh and hand tossed" that crust might as well been a Frisbee that crust was anything but fresh. I will never but a pizza from there again and dont recommend anyone order from there again. very substandard quality. and I was charged $1 for each extra garlic butter.
Totally disgusted by the service here. But I guess this is the price you pay for eating somewhere with 2 stars. Asked the guy at the front to give me extra pepperonchinis on the side, then he proceeds to hand them to me with his bare hands. No container, nothing. Just his bare hands. That is so gross and unprofessional... he was probably high or something. Left such a bad taste in my mouth. Plus my pizza was under cooked. ill never come back here...

The pizzas that are made at this location are not good. Even though I live right down the street from this location, I drive to the Arcadia Papa John’s, they are more consistent with the quality of pizza.
