Their quality has become too inconsistent and their customer service is sorely lacking. We had a few bad experiences in the past with the ratio of cheese and sauce. We're not picky but it was pretty bad. We like the idea of supporting a small business but if we're paying twice as much as Dominos, we expect both superior quality and consistency. We called the second time the puzza turned out bad but it was a sorry, we've had a few complaints like this but nothing else. We took a break for a while and recently started ordering from them again. The first time was okay but the second time the pizza was way too doughie, like chewing gum bad. I took it back but because the cheese was melted they assumed it was fine. The young girl passed me off to the older lady (manager?owner?) who seemed annoyed and not nice at all. She said because I ordered it on Slice that I would have to request a refund from them even though they get paid from Slice. Sorry, but not going back there again.

This is a hidden Gem of Pasadena. It's a shame not more people know about it. It's got the best prices in town, including their amazing LUNCH SPECIALS (See photo).
The pizza is nice and fresh and I actually like the crust (I seldom eat crusts), with plenty of cheese. The service is very friendly and has that small-town feel.
Inside, there is ample seating, cool AC and a small video arcade! I get in some good pinball practice here.
Do yourself a favor and drop in for their lunch special. You may find yourself coming here quite often, like I do!

Initially I didn’t know what to expect from the this location. Having had the opportunity to live in Sicily for three years, finding tasty and authentic pizza can be a struggle in this area. I went with the basic cheese pizza and I was shocked and amazed how good the pizza was. The Pasadena Pizza Co has found a new customer.

The girl that works at the front counter is so nice and funny. She kept my soda filled and got my order to me in a quick fashion. I will return asap. Loved the pizza. A bit doughy but in a good way.

The pizza here is fantastic. The dough is on the thicker side but the proportions are great and the toppings are plentiful. The wings are decent. They have lots of indoor seating as well as a bunch of arcade games which was fun to see. The staff are very friendly and they have lots of options besides pizza.

The pizza is great but the girl working behind the counter said that she couldn’t find our order. We said we used the Slice app. Then she said our order was cancelled. She sounded so real. We just figured it was a mistake with the app. But then… she said she was KIDDING. What?!! I guess you had to be there but I didn’t think it was funny. It was actually very weird. Otherwise the pizzas are always delicious and the chef behind the counter was making them fresh as we walked in. 5 stars for the pizza. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve been residents of Pasadena for years now and we have just discovered the amazingness that is PPC. We have a large Game Night group and were blown away by the quality of the pies. We’ve ordered twice in the last 4 days and may make it 3 for 6 before the week is out. Bravo to everyone there! You’ve made a dozen new customers for life!
