I really wanted to like this place, but I have to say that the Spicy Hot Basil was none of the above.Parking: Fortunately I work around the corner, so parking was not an issue.

They make the spice how you order 1 to 5 (Thai hot). Yellow curry was really good.

The food was really good. The noodles and fried rice are their specialty but salmon wasn’t that great.

An intimate Thai eatery with nice date ambiance and elevated prices to match. Staff was friendly but not very attentive. Parking can be a bit hard to find on the street so your best bet is at the lots/garages nearby when it gets busy. Pretty small restaurant, could see there being a wait on the weekends. We came later on a Thursday night. Tried the Pearl summer roll, Thai fried rice, and green curry. The summer (spring?) rolls were incredibly overpriced, just a bunch of cheap salad ingredients wrapped in rice paper with (way too sweet) peanut sauce and mustard (???) on the side. Definitely skip! Thai fried rice was good but too sweet for my taste, I much prefer Nine & Nine's version (close by & cheaper). The green curry, though, was one of the best I've had in LA so far. I highly recommend. Really creamy and well flavored, with tender bamboo shoots, chicken, and veggies. And a nice spicy kick to finish! Would come back to try more of the curries.

This restaurant is AMAZING. Very delicious. It was my first time going and had high hopes and this place surpassed my expectations ( in a great way). The servers are very respectful, kind, and welcoming. The water they provided was so good, not tap water. And the restaurant had plants all throughout in each table giving it a nice touch of peace and quiet. I will definitely be coming back again.

While staying in Pasadena, I was looking for a spot close by to have lunch. I was in the mood for Thai food and found this place walking distance from my hotel.I found the inside of the restaurant to be VERY pleasant. It is small and feels very cozy. I went around 1:30 pm, so it wasn't very crowded when I got there. The music playing in the background was very soothing and the place just had a very calm vibe all around. I was seated immediately at my table and was able to order very quickly. My waitress was very friendly, attentive, and had a good attitude. After I ordered, my meal was also brought out very quickly. I ordered the Pearl Red Curry with white rice. Side note, I LOVE how they don't charge extra for white rice. Many Thai places do and I find it incredibly annoying since it is a core part of the curry in my opinion. So extra brownie points for that.My curry was AMAZING - it was so full of spices and flavor!! Truly one of the best curries I've ever had. The chicken was cooked well (not rubbery, not dry). I personally don't like eggplant (or really a ton of veggies in general), but found the other veggies to be a great addition. If you're not a big fan of veggies, I would recommend asking them to go light on those as there are a lot.I felt like the price was very reasonable for how full I was after and how good the meal was. If I lived around here, I would definitely come back!I wanted to try the Thai Iced Tea because someone else got it and it looked amazing, but was unfortunately too full.

Great service. Chill vibe. Refreshing specialty drinks. Delicious food.We enjoyed the Mongolian beef and yellow curry with chicken. The meat was tender and each dish was elevated from the standard Thai meal experience. Looking forward to trying new dishes next time.

Amazing food and great location. Easy to walk to and typically has one or two parking spots open close by.

Got some take out from here for the first time. I had pad Thai and husband had Pas Se Ew. It was pretty good. No complaints. But nothing outstanding. I would eat here again and try something different.

$18 for green curry and it was insanely spicy I could barely eat it. I’m Latina I love spicy food but this was something else. The curry was not $18 worth. Nothing special about it. I didn’t love it. The place is super clean and the customer service is good though ! ( surprisingly ). Also I love how they sell some organic things like organic drinks & teas !
