Their green iced tea was horrible and it made me nauseous.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Pete’s until this morning. The barista accidentally made my latte iced instead of hot and when I let her know one of my drinks was incorrect she got mad. She rolled her eyes and informed me it would take a minute to remake it. I waited like 5 or 6 minutes watching her put out a bunch of other drinks and then went to check on my latte. She said she had lots of tickets to get through before she could get to me. I asked her why I needed to wait so long for her to remake my latte since the mistake was not mine. She shrugged and said “If you don’t like it you can go get a refund from the cashier”. I was really looking forward to Pete’s but her nasty attitude and the fact that the rest of my order was dying while I waited made me just get a refund (minus the tip I left) and take my business elsewhere. It’s understandable that mistakes happen, but you just correct them and quickly move on without a bad attitude.

Had an issue with app payment for pickup order. Manager at store Elivia solved it professionally and explained app details.
I love Pete's Coffee. I only wish there were more locations in Los Angeles County.
I've never tried their sandwiches or baked goods.
I wish that there was more seating inside the store. There are several tables outside which is great.
The bathroom at this location is usually very dirty. It's in very poor condition and not attended to regularly.

Nice place to work but wifi had troubled connection.
Love the coffee and the staff is very friendly. Great place to do some work or meet with friends. There is outdoor seating available.
I am mixed about the food. So I like (frittata) but others are not my favorites (pastries).
Real single origin coffees, properly roasted. Just like wines- each region has its own flavors. These guys don't mess it up. 5!
