Great customer service and super friendly place, nice atmosphere with easy free parking. I tried a Havana coffee, but was not a fan of the flavor or after taste of these coffee beans this time around.Parking: Parking available and good size lot.Wheelchair accessibility: These handicap parking and easy access to entrance.

Peet's not what it used to be.Very disappointing ?; today employees think that their conversations with another comes first before a customer's service needs.Glad I'm getting older and won't have to see the future of our next generation.

Five people working the various machines. I'm the only one in line. No one acknowledges me or says good morning or tells me they will be there in a moment to help. I go next my breakfast and come back. No one says sorry for the wait before because why would they. I don't tip, and I'm generally an overtopped. The register person seems to react to that and doesn't say thank you. And when I finally get my $6.50 latte, the person doing drinks is more interested in getting the software on screen right than saying thank you. This Peet's forgot to train for customer service. I won't be going back.

Pasadena, CA Fantastic service here 2 weeks in a row. We've taken a break from Pete's cafes for a while but we are really enjoying their coffee lately. A shout out to Ozzy and Abby who took our order and made us the perfect espresso and cortados. Honestly, it does not get much better than this. I chatted with Abby for a moment while she was cranking out drinks. Abby has worked for Pete's coffee 7 years and she is a great barista. She travels quite a bit to work at this location, she used to work at the location in Beverly Hills. Peet's is blessed to have her as an employee.

coffee is a 5 service is a 1. i'm an official coffee snob and can say honestly that Peet's offers the best whole bean coffee for a big coffee retailer. the service at the lake/ california location is sadly full of staff that have very bad attitudes and manners.

I had to put in my review after seeing all the..shall we say interesting reviews? First off, I am a regular and I get my coffee via the mobile app EVERY morning on the way to work. Gotta love a iced cappuccino from these folks! Big shout outs to pretty much every barista there, I always feel like family when they take the time to say hello. One of the reviews below me mentioned an rbujak email? From what I heard in the grapevine, this site currently has no on site manager, so sending emails to that specific email is kind of useless... I think what set me off is this morning I had seen an "elite yelp" reviewer try and play the "woke" card...on a coffee shop? There's another one somewhere here that calls the staff "fragile" and it's honestly quite funny to see. It's JUST coffee and a couple of these reviewers are losing their minds that the one who made their coffee is different? Grow up, take a sip of your expensive coffee and subpar pastries (yes I praised the coffee, but the pastries and food are meh...which is NOT the fault of staff, but rather the fact this is a CHAIN coffee shop.) Honestly a LOT of reviewers have to complain about first world issues and it makes SENSE why your barista may have been a little rude back. But yeah, keep up the great work Peet's! God help us when we can get ACTUAL reviews though...

Shadow of its former self. All the good teas are gone and the nice pastries they used to have are nowhere to be seen. My latte was lackluster and the clerks seem on the fragile side.
