Are they still coming to Pasadena? Haven’t seen them and they don’t answer.
Best birria tacos I’ve ever had. Get the bone marrow, scoop it out onto your taco, and dip it in the consomé. Mmm!

Excellent Birria. The meat was tender, well seasoned, and savory. ECP's Birria is an outstanding example of the Los Angeles Birria scene. The service at this location was also excellent. The menu layout was easy and simple to understand. I ordered the Packetaso, 1 # of Birria, consume , and tortillas, oh yeah, just to indulge the sinner in me (glutoney) I also ordered a taco dorado , no cheese, it was a good taco, genrous meat portion, double tortilla, and garnished with pickled red onion, and a lime wedge. Wow! Im getting hungry again just writing this even though I just ate. Thank you Rolondo for the wonderful service and savory meal.
We tried the queso tacos. Delicious Birria/cheese tacos that came with a bag of cilantro and onions. Super friendly service. Definitely hit the spot when you are hungry.

Came for the bone marrow tacos, but they were not serving that day - or they ran out before I arrived at noon.We ordered the sample platter and a torta. Very good food, but to be honest all the ingredients were basically the same so it was kind of like eating the same thing over and over. The two items came to just over $30, so much more than I would expect at a taco truck, but still “reasonably expensive” for the food we received.
We are so fortunate as Angelenos to have access to so many varieties of delicious Mexican food, and Birria tacos with consommé is a must try.
This a food truck parked in a unassuming residential neighborhood with plenty of parking all around.
We got the sample platter & the 3 amigos platter which came out to be $36+ after taxes. Inflation is real. Each platter comes with a bag of diced onions/cilantro, radish chips, and 2 different salsas to garnish your tacos. The consommé was and should always be the star of the meal, and I thought it had a very good flavor with a hint of spicy and sweetness. To be honest, all the tacos utilized the same ingredients, just prepared differently. So perhaps one platter to share would have been enough, but we couldn't help ourselves.
They closed shop at 8 on a Saturday, but I think they would have more success serving as a midnight snack. They accept card and Apple Pay. Support your local businesses when possible!
Good tacos I like the red sauce
Best Birria Tacos in Pasadena (in my opinion).
The best tacos in SGV! They only serve Birria. But it comes with an excellent consome and kickin salsa! $4 for a taco. And well worth it!
