Our favorite neighborhood spot for breakfast and lunch weekdays (wish they were open on weekends!) . All the food is great and freshly prepared and their daily lunch special are the bomb! Also reasonably priced and the staff (notably Erica) are super friendly and accomodating. PEC checks ALL the boxes!

I have frequented PEC for years since our office moved in the neighborhood back in 2017. Food quality has always been exceptional at the right price. I'm not sure what's happened in the past few months but everything has gone downhill. Ordered a chicken breast special and. Or only was the chicken tough but the size is a portion of what they used to be. Side salads used to have grilled vegetables, now it's just mixed greens and tomatoes. Bring back the old chef or management because whatever changes you made isn't working.

I have been working with Mauricio Retana for well over a year now and he ALWAYS comes through for us. We order food with him for larger meetings on a monthly basis and he always helps us change up the menu and create something new and exciting. Best of all, the prices that they offer are super affordable. Mauricio also has a group of amazing delivery people who are always punctual and create a set up that is clean and classy. It makes working with his group an even more pleasant experience. After events too, they take ownership in ensure that they will pick up everything that needs to be picked up and within a reasonable amount of time. Whenever I use Perfect Equation Catering, I can rest assured that they will get the job done. If you visit their store too, they also have a little kitchen where they prepare food as well, they don't just do catering. This is a perfect opportunity to try out first in a smaller portion before you commit to ordering hundreds of it. Would highly suggest their services!

I love their vegan and vegetarian breakfast and lunch options. They also have almond milk for creamers and really like their coffee. It's a full service cafe until 2 pm and then they close for catering. So this place is perfect for breakfast or lunch. I find parking on the side streets best but sometimes you can get lucky in front. I think the soyrizo burrito and veggie burger are my fave but they have a different special Everday.
Just eat here. Whatever the daily special is will be the fastest meal(if you are pressed for time), and it has always been enjoyable.

Love this place! Wonderful amazing cafe! And the art is hand drawn by the owner himself! It really is the perfect equation that they have to people to dine. Not to full not to hungry. Fills the belly just right!

Have been going to this cafe for months and their food is always A+. A lot of people don't know about it, so I made the Yelp suggestion to update their category from just "catering" to food/restaurant also, since most people think they only cater. Perfect breakfast/lunch spot with fast, fresh food and excellent quality. Everything is cooked to order and I would recommend it to everybody. Perry's across the street has been the staple in the area, but I always suggest that people visit PEC, especially so they don't have to wait 40 minutes for a semi-warm sandwich from Perry's.

First time visit & all went well. I had the breakfast burrito with turkey sausage, eggs, & cheese. Usually this comes with potatoes, too, but I asked for my potatoes on the side & my request was filled with a smile. Burrito is filled with freshest tasting ingredients. And it's chocked full! No skimpy burrito here! Potatoes are nicely seasoned. Would definitely recommend this place.

I previously had their delicious carrot cake which made for a great afternoon snack and not overloaded with icing. But today I had my first lunch there by having the tasty lunch special chicken marsala with rice & veggies. I enjoy going to local places with good food & portions with reasonable prices like PEC. I'll have to give the other menu items a try since it's been great.
