Reservation: problematic. Tried to use your online system, which insists on a credit card for possible fees. It is absolutely no problem to get charged when I do not show up. I know it happens waaaay too often and is, especially for small restaurants, a genuine problem. However, it is unacceptable to agree to fees without knowing how much.
