Highly recommend if you're looking for a spot with incredible coastal-inspired cuisine and a great vibe. Can't wait to go back!
Me and my husband like new restaurants we have never been too, This was our first time at Pez, it was not only beautiful the service was impeccable. the food what can I say was Chef Kiss amazing we will definitely be back.
This is my second time at Pez Coastal Kitchen and it was absolutely delicious! The quality of ingredients is incredibly fresh and each dish I've ordered has left me pleasantly surprised by the unique combination of flavors. All of the staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and gave great recommendations. Brett is a phenomenal chef and owner! Will be returning, I'm happy I live so close to this place!
The food was overall great, but the space was pretty noisy and the service was quite slow—it took a long time for us to get our first drink. Since it was my husband's birthday, we were a bit disappointed with the seating. We were placed right next to the exit door, with a lot of foot traffic coming and going, which made the atmosphere feel busy and noisy rather than enjoyable.
the food is excellent, service friendly and one can have a conversation, what more can one ask for? happy to keep coming back.
One of the better meals we had in a long time. Ceviche and octopus were great as recommended but the fried fish was one of the best. Perfectly fried. Side dish was perfect with the fried fish. Cannot forget about grilled scallop either. One of the best!
Had a great time for brunch here! The weather was really nice and they have an outdoor patio that's dog friendly. The food was amazing the Caesar salad and beef burrito or two of my favorites. They have a great Doggie Menu, I think the pup had just as great of a dying experience as we did.
We had a wonderful dinner at Pez. We ordered all of their vegetables and salads, as well as the shrimp cocktail and the ceviche. Everything was delicious! It's so nice to be able to go out with vegetarian friends and get a satisfying meal, even at a place that does not necessarily center vegetables. Thanks for such a great dinner!
My friend and I were craving a seafood tower and Pez delivered an outstanding experience. The tower included multiple shellfish (crab claws, oysters, shrimp, lobster, scallops) as well as octopus and fish in ceviche. We also ordered the crab cakes, some focaccia, and ended with the warm chocolate cake with peanut butter ice cream and (fun to eat) honeycomb crunchies. The central element of the restaurant is a tiled wall that looked like mermaid scales. Light flowed like water along the hand painted tiles. Lovely! Thank you to Chef Bret Thompson for the warm welcome, beautiful space, and great meal.
Very fresh and excellent food. I was worried as there were very few people at the restaurant sadly. A bit expensive but I will pay for good, fresh seafood. I hope people realize what a nice spot this is.

We went there for LA Restaurant Week. The food was excellent and well presented. Our server, Kai, was attentive and prompt. We will definitely be back.
Very nice place ! Service was great, atmosphere is so nice and friendly, very nice interior design. Food was good, beautiful presentation.
Celebrated there on my birthday. We had a variety of delicious items, all of which I would recommend. Fried whole branzino - moist and thick. Great sauce. The beet salad (sooo delicious) and kingfish ceviche (huge serving with lots of avocado). Both top notch. And two veggies - the Brussels sprouts (out of this world) and tasty cauliflower. They gave me a nice card and free dessert. That was a surprise. Will be going back.
Food was delicious and the service was great. We loved the trout rillette, scallops, and seafood chowder. The bread service and ceviche are also yummy. There is a good cocktail and wine list.
Pez Coastal Kitchen in Pasadena was outstanding from start to finish. The food was fresh, delicious, and truly unique—every person in our party of four loved their dish. We started with oysters and the charred octopus, both beautifully prepared and full of flavor. For mains, the ceviche, lamb shank, seafood lasagna special, and everything else on the table were exceptional. We ended the meal with the olive oil cake and bread pudding, which were the perfect grand finale. Beyond the food, the experience really stood out. The staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, and the ambiance was beautiful and inviting. Pez Coastal Kitchen did not disappoint in any way. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience.
