Solid pho! My partner said the Arnold Palmer was great and I thought the Bahn Me was exactly what I expected and wanted. The fries were actually my favorite part, funny enough! Crunchy and yummy! The restaurant was pretty small but nice and clean. Bad service! Ordered food to go. The food I ordered was for my family member across the street at the hospital. When I arrived to the hospital room and opened the bag I discovered they did not include spoon or chop sticks. I called the restaurant to complain and they said “you have to request a spoon or chop sticks” . What kind of a restaurant sends you off without utensils? On top of it they gave me an attitude.

Horrible service, they chase me down to the parking lot after not given them a tip, they never check on you or offer you anything after leaving your order on the table, I had to wait for a water refill for the longest time. Am a persons who loves to give big tips when is worthy. Never experienced a service this bad. I will sorry for the business owner to have people with this attitude.
