To keep it simple, they do pies and burgers that taste absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend this place for anybody looking for the good old American comfort food classics in the Pasadena area. Pricing is a bit higher than other similar establishments but more than makes up for it with the generous portions. The atmosphere still looks unchanged from when they first opened in the 1970s. What a Gem. Local Diner in the heart of Pasadena. Just like the name, Pies and Burgers are the main attractions. Homemade pies and cakes are the bomb. We had the Hamburger combo, burgers with all the fixings and a side of your choice. They have many choices on pies and served with a generous serving of vanilla ice cream or homemade whipped cream.
