The employees at this pizzeria are completely incompetent at their simple job. They gave my order to someone else. Also, the staff takes a very long time to prepare orders. I have to wait from 10 to 30 minutes.

I rarely eat pizza, but Pizza Hut is my choice when I get a craving- because of the crust. The personal pizza dough was bulky as if the dough wasn't rolled out. What's worse is how oily it is. I can't eat this on a regular basis.

Clean atmosphere they always say hello welcome and have a sense of urgency i respect this place especially as a delivery driver they always tell me how long and are accurate thank you for being a professional buisness not to mention the pizza is only couple dollars more then little ceasars with way better quality.

The lady manager helped me patiently with my phone app and the gentleman worker made sure that only half my pizza was pepperoni because I’m a vegetarian I only eat the cheese side thank side thank you

Ordered a large pizza with ground beef-onion-green pepper for, pick up, asked them to open it, all looks well, got it home to eat a slice, and couldn't chew through the onion skin and soggy bell peppers and the meat tasted like pork sausage. We don't eat pork! I called the store and was told nobody else complained. Took the pizza back to the store, and they wouldn't even make it right. I left the pizza and will never go there again. I'm a cashier myself, and the customer is always right. I don't like wasting my time, money, or gas going back and forth with disrespectful, unprofessional, rude staff.😕 I hope no one else has to go through this.
Wheelchair accessibility: None. They just watch you struggle to get in and out. The one on Lake in the Food4Less plaza does anyway.

One pepperoni per slice on personal pan pizza should NEVER happen again. I’m not paying $11 for 4 slices of pepperoni. There’s plenty of room for more. Don’t rip people off being SO skimpy.
Went there with a coupon to order a quick lunch for myself - boneless chicken wings, personal pan pizza and soda. The two employees there were very nice, informative, good at their jobs and polite. The videos playing in the lobby kept me entertained while I waited for my order. I took my lunch to close by and gorgeous Washington Park to enjoy my yummy food. Thanks, Pizza Hut, for a good lunch.
Parking: This Pizza Hut is in a multi-business, busy shopping center on Lake Ave at Washington. I pulled into the first driveway off of Lake, and spotted Pizza Hut right away, and also found plenty of parking near the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: It's not totally kid-friendly, because it's basically just a small lobby and a kitchen. There's no where to sit or for kids to play.
Food is always good . Always hot and I always get what I ordered

Thank you for fixing my order right before closing time. The employees looked like they had a long busy day and were ready to go home, then I came in with a "complicated" order 20 minutes before closing. The young lady (sorry I didn't get her name) took care of everything and we were out the door with food in hand! Great customer service and the pizza and wings were delicious! Definitely going back again soon ♥️
The first pizza came with the seal open, and then I found a hair embedded inside the cheese of one of the pieces. The replacement pizza was sealed properly, but the pizza itself did not seem very fresh. Additionally the cinnabons were really soggy and overall gross, I threw out the whole box. I don't think it's fair to only offer a replacement or store credit, I think full refund should be an option. Because of this issue, I will not be ordering Pizza Hut again for the foreseeable future - especially because this is only one of many other issues I've experienced with Pizza Hut orders.

Highly recommend that you use their website and check for deals since pizza is kinda pricy now. They do have pretty good deals when you use their website and check out the deals section. Prices are more reasonable with those deals applied. Also highly recommend ordering ahead but once you place your order you should start heading out since you rather wait at the store for a couple of minutes for a fresh pizza than a soggy and warm one.
Personally I really like their Bone In Wings. I think their wings are by far the best compared to other pizza chains!
Service is okay at this location, had super friendly staffs which made the whole exeprience awesome but also had a few visit where did staff did not care. We were always here for pickup and never really needed to interact with the staff much so it's whatever to me since it's more of a quick grab and go.
