Came at 10:30 PM craving boba like crazy but they gave me basically melted ice water with a bit of orange color 😂 I even saw them take it outta the fridge, so it must’ve been made forever ago.
There was literally NO thai tea flavor, just watery and sad. Felt like they splashed one drop of thai tea into a cup of melted ice lol. Please don’t serve drinks that have been sitting there waiting for someone to buy 🥲 Took a couple sips and threw it away.
It smells more like fast food shop(with bad ventilation) than a tea shop now. The heavy smell of fried food in the shop really disgusted me and the tea was also mid.
Love this place, the drinks are fabulous and it's a good place to stop by and relax also it's in a great location!
We got 2 drinks that were both so unpalatable that we couldn't finish them and threw them away. There are a multitude of other boba spots in the area that are all better, so don't waste your time coming here.
Ordered 2 teas and mozzarella sticks. The honeydew did not have the flavor and had a bitter after taste. The basic milk tea boba was better, however we found an eyelash while drinking it. Tried calling the store 6 times to discuss and they keep the phone off the hook it seems. Tried to reach out via Facebook aa well with no luck. Hugely disappointed to spend over $20 here
Waited over 30 minutes for my order while several people who arrived after me were served first. Really disappointing experience.
I think this place has to be the most mid boba tea place in old town. There's so many other places around here that just does it better. The teas always flat and their housemilk which is the one without extra charge taste like powedered milk. However , the cat containers are very cute.
Parking in downtown Pasadena is a pain in the sense that u have to find a structure, pay $4 and be willing to walk a great deal. The boba shops are tiny with no access to bathroom. So If this isn't your style, don't bother. LOL.
Drinks quality are great! I always order at least 5 to take home, which is an hr away for me.
Idk what’s in their sweetener but it’s straight dookie…. Both milk teas we got were so undrinkable we tossed almost full drinks in the trash
One of the best boba spots in the market

way better boba options that are a walking distance away my disappoint is immeasurable.
Had an awful experience overall. Firstly I waited over 25 minutes when it was not busy at all and the staff was also not helpful whatsoever. After waiting this long the boba did not taste good, i would give it a strong 3 to a light 4 taste wise, and I got food poisoning and felt ill after drinking their overpriced boba. Manager should put in more effort.
I recently visited Prolece Tea in Pasadena with my daughter. When we walked in, I noticed that ordering is done entirely through a kiosk—there’s no face-to-face interaction or traditional customer service. It felt a bit different, but I can see how this setup could become the way of the future.
We ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee for me and a strawberry smoothie for my daughter. Both drinks were good, and the prices were reasonable for the quality. If you’re looking for a quick, self-serve experience with tasty drinks, Prolece Tea is worth checking out.

Peach Blossom Tea - It was extremely sweet even at 50% sugar level! But still pretty tasty.
Mango Alishan Oolong Tea - Boba texture is pretty average but the tea was quite good
