Parking in downtown Pasadena is a pain in the sense that u have to find a structure, pay $4 and be willing to walk a great deal. The boba shops are tiny with no access to bathroom. So If this isn't your style, don't bother. LOL.
Drinks quality are great! I always order at least 5 to take home, which is an hr away for me.
Idk what’s in their sweetener but it’s straight dookie…. Both milk teas we got were so undrinkable we tossed almost full drinks in the trash
One of the best boba spots in the market
way better boba options that are a walking distance away my disappoint is immeasurable.
Had an awful experience overall. Firstly I waited over 25 minutes when it was not busy at all and the staff was also not helpful whatsoever. After waiting this long the boba did not taste good, i would give it a strong 3 to a light 4 taste wise, and I got food poisoning and felt ill after drinking their overpriced boba. Manager should put in more effort.
I recently visited Prolece Tea in Pasadena with my daughter. When we walked in, I noticed that ordering is done entirely through a kiosk—there’s no face-to-face interaction or traditional customer service. It felt a bit different, but I can see how this setup could become the way of the future.
We ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee for me and a strawberry smoothie for my daughter. Both drinks were good, and the prices were reasonable for the quality. If you’re looking for a quick, self-serve experience with tasty drinks, Prolece Tea is worth checking out.

Peach Blossom Tea - It was extremely sweet even at 50% sugar level! But still pretty tasty.
Mango Alishan Oolong Tea - Boba texture is pretty average but the tea was quite good

Review just for the popcorn chicken: it used to be the best maybe in all of LA - flavorful, juicy, uniquely crunchy - but now it's just your average powdery-exterior salty popcorn chicken. Hope the old recipe makes a comeback

Got me self a taro milk tea. It was cool how I got to customize the amount of sugar, ice, type of milk and toppings I wanted. I kept it simple with like 25% sugar, regular ice, whole milk and boba. It was so good! I highly recommend the drink! :3

Prolece Tea in Pasadena offers an enchanting array of Matcha and Boba beverages, each a delightful blend of flavor and craftsmanship. While the wait for these exquisite treats may test your patience, the ambiance envelops you in a realm of aesthetic wonder. However, take heed not to linger beneath the flickering light at the front, as it may evoke unintended sensations. The eclectic music sets a mature tone, drawing in discerning adults while ensuring a tranquil atmosphere. Although some lyrical nuances may require explanation, the overall experience at Prolece Tea is a journey into sensory delight and sophisticated relaxation.

I’m often in old town at night, and this is one of the few dessert/drink shops still open. The location is well-lit and clean, with a few seats inside. Mostly a grab and go place, but you never feel like you’re in a rush here. No public restroom. Staff is polite and efficient. Drinks are prepared fairly quickly and prices are decent for the quality you get. Street parking gets hard to find but it’s very close to the schoolhouse garage at $1 for 2 hours. Swing by for a sweet treat!

Place is alright but there is no real fruit in their smoothies, Which is what was described on Uber eats and it’s way too sweet.
This fruit tea is unbeatable, aren’t you considering opening a branch?
