Great little spot! I stopped by Republic Coffee House and had an amazing cortado — truly one of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere was even better thanks to a live musician who added a warm, cozy vibe. I haven’t tried the rest of the menu yet, but if it’s anything like the coffee, it must be delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

The iced lavender and oat latte had me saying “wow” out loud, it was so good. Lots of seating inside with good AC but it was full (11am on a Wednesday). Lots of shaded outdoor seating as well that stays somewhat cool because if the trees even on a hot day.

Why a 1 star review? I ordered a $16 Avocado toast, which was delicious, but despite the menu saying it came with a 7 minute egg, they only gave me HALF an egg? I asked if that was right, and they told me that was standard.
Seriously, HALF an egg? What are they saving? 20 cents. I'm tired of fancy places charging a premium price and nickel and diming the customers...
