Pasadena (L11) has been the go-to for over a decade now. Make sure to ask for their house hot sauce on the side. Great for the sandwich and the fries.

It has strange schedule, and they DONT respect them. You can arrive at 2 p.m. and they'll tell you it's closed (with a totally unpleasant attitude (the owner thinks he still lives in Japan and not in California). The chicken is good (NOTHIN spectacular), like any supermarket chicken, but more expensive and super seasoned that you don't know if you're eating chicken or seasoning. The service is as bad and slow as the owners.
The place is dirty and disgusting, like China Town and not Pasadena.

I was ask to not come back. Because I inquired about the bill just for clarification. They over charged me. Long as I'm black. I'll never go back or recommend Rotisserie Chicken

The portion size was fair for the price especially with the lunch menu. Side vegetables were steamed well and did not taste like mush or understeamed as some other restaurants may do. The chicken was a little dry reminding me of an inferior version of the Costco rotisserie chicken but that magical sauce makes everything taste good. Definitely try this place just for the sauce alone.

Very tasty chicken. Had the 1/4 chicken dark meat and the following visit a sandwich. Both were really really good.
Service is great they are very friendly and you get your food fast even if they are crowded.

I had a really good meal. Chicken with no gamey smell, roasted chili, and fresh salad. Sauce that wasn't too sweet. I felt the food was clean. I want to say thank you to the kind owner.

This place absolutely never disappoints. I've been coming here for 10 plus years the quality of food is outstanding and second to none. It is rotisserie chicken at its finest they know exactly what they are doing the also do basic but delicious sides of rice, veggies, French Fry's, and a grilled jalapeño pepper that is a nice touch to spice things up if your in Pasadena around lunch or dinner and are maybe a little health conscious this is the place Rotisserie Chicken steamed rice and small salad that's my go to order. Make it yours

This is not clearly ZANAKU or BENNY's Rotisserie chicken the flavor just didn't do it for me also...I don't like "cold mixed in with my hot" (unless I order a dish that is pertaining to that I don't like normally my entree in same container as my salad ???
I am willing to possibly try this spot again ?
