I had high hopes for Roy's. I was a bit disappointed. I got the 8oz. Filet medium and I felt the steak was dry, even though it did come medium. It seemed as if the steak was precooked and then reheated which left the meat feeling dry and lacking flavor. Unfortunately, I was left underwhelmed. Maybe it was because it is Valentine's Day.

We love to go out. Yesterday we came to this fine restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a beautiful experience there with superb meal and an efficient stuff and a distinguished chief cook. We put this fine restaurant in our list and we will no doubt return very soon. This place is over priced and the dish I ordered was absolutely awful. The ribs were burnt and completely tasteless; the mashed potatoes & vegetables were cold. The waitress was great, and she offered to bring another order of the ribs, but I wasn't interested. Not once did the manager ever come to our table to apologize for the bad meal; my wife finished her meal and we shared a desert. I'm not going back to this place. If you enjoy paying a lot of money for poor quality food, this is the place for you. Otherwise, think twice.

Wagyu Loco Moco was overcooked. The Rye Me A River wasn’t mixed well. Lobster Potstickers were brought to the table luke warm. Portion size was decent. Service staff were decent, as well.

I could tell you in detail .....let me just say....Reservations for 230pm. Celebrating a Birthday. Party 8 extended to party of 11. Attitude from one of the host upon asking for additional seating...had to move twice just so that we could eat appetizers and off the dinner menu instead of the lunch menu. Returned back to original seating area. Managers throwing linen around, upset with employee for the way she dressed another table in error. Another waitress began to remove silverware and told us it's because we skipped the appetizer period. Happy Birthday on a plate with a 3" slice of something and 3 berries. A very displeasing experience for such a large party at a hefty price.
