Manager is amazing, unfortunately the hostess has a bad attitude. She doesn’t greet you, and makes it uncomfortable. She is very inappropriate. She can’t greet customers but she can come by the bar to hug the bartenders goodbye in front of you. 5/27/25 9:20pm or so.

the young guy who was my waiter was the greatest honestly i can't remember his name but he was the best service ive had at this location

Ruth Chris and the Staff gave my wife and I a wonderful experience as they accommodated us so well I have to give them 10 stars! Thanks for making our celebration memorable, I've been a fan of this chain for a long time, last night showed me that this company has kept its consistency in food quality and service! Thanks Wally!

Ordered fillet medium. Served close to rare. Sent back. Re served same steak and while hot, same close to rare after 10 minutes! Manager did comp the steak.

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday, we have wonderful time. The food is delicious, the vibes are great, everything is perfect.

Excellent service, incredible food, very attentive wait staff and they even decorated the table and gave my son a personalized menu for his 16th birthday. Well worth it.

We went for my boyfriends birthday and it was excellent! The food was amazing and service was phenomenal! I definitely recommend!

This is an update to a visit and review that I did two years ago. Returned because of our friend who is a fan of Ruth Chris for years. We went along because we were celebrating his birthday and mine. I have memories of this restaurant being an excellent choice, at least it was. However, for me it hasn't changed since my last review of two years ago. We arrived early to miss traffic and valet park. The first impression is the efficient valet parking staff. That went well. We checked in a half hour before our 6:30 reservation. We went directly to the bar. I ordered a shrimp cocktail and a Moscow Mule. Our server at the bar was friendly and helpful. Shortly after we were served our friends showed up. We were a party of 4. Two of us were celebrating birthdays. We were escorted to the dining room. Greet by our server and perused the menu. It took a while to decide. I found the menu rather limited, but we finally decided on what to order. However, that's when things went down hill. No issues with the server. We waited well over an hour for our food. People around us were being taken care of. The server informed us of a problem in the kitchen but he didn't elaborate. He assured us it would be out shortly. Another person who I assumed was a manager wasn't too helpful either. We didn't get our food until around 9:00 p.m. Still no explanation was provided. Our friend who was the one who wanted to come here was livid. It was 10 pm when we finaĺly left the restaurant. I am not a fan of Ruth Chris these days. In our experience there are better upscale places to go now who provide excellent service, and have a more extensive menu, not just steaks. It was a dissapointing way to celebrate our birthdays. I wasn't motivated to take any photos.

Parking: Valet staff friendly and helpful. I have mobility issues. They were very patient giving me plenty of time to exit my car.

Wheelchair accessibility: Minimum. Seating is crowded and difficult to pass between tables and chairs. On the plus side, there are no steps to negotiate.

We have a good time having dinner here. Thank you GARY for the wonderful experience and the excellent hospitality you provide. We appreciate all your welcoming service to us. I highly recommend this place it is one of the best restaurants I experience in food & beverage industry. Excellent and wonderful!

Ruth's Chris used to serve much better steaks. My ribeye dinner was the worst steak I've had in a very long time. It was thr first steak I did not finish because I had lost appetite trying to cut through the tough and greasy piece of meat. Side dishes were also subpar. I do miss the old Ruth's Chris.

Julia just made my experience at Ruths so smooth and memorable. She was so attentive and made recommendations that we’ve never had and we’ve been dining here for years. If you’re lucky enough to get in her section you will have a perfect night!
