Everything was good. Yes. Good, but worth it?.... Not really. I would say, try it once, but you will not get value out of it.

Our family visits this Ruth Chris twice a year; this last visit was an eye opener. Prices have skyrocketed, $150 per person (we didn't purchase any alcohol either). The food was good but not great for the price. To be honest, both my steak (filet) and my wife's (petite filet) were marginally better than the steak we get at Outback. Both steaks were chewy and not as tasty as in the past. Service was spectacular as always, but we found the dining area to be loud (it was hard to carry a conversation between the five of us, I imagine the large group near us were somewhat inebriated) so the atmosphere rating also received a dink. We will be going elsewhere for our splurge meal from now on.

Our waitress Julia made for a great 30th birthday party for our son. She was so attentive to our needs. Even the table was decorated and a menu for Jordan with his name on it. All in all a great time as always

Easter Sunday lunch reservation. We were seated promptly. Service was slow and steak was overcooked. Au gratin potatoes were just ... diced potatoes??? Not sure what happened - this was a nice alternative for us before. Not sure about now

Hugo made my friend's birthday celebration so fun and unforgettable. The service, food and ambience were excellent. We can't wait to return again as the whole meal was super delicious.

Came to celebrate my birthday and the staff was very accommodating when I asked to move up our reservation. My special request to have Cora as our server was honored and she took care of us in her amazing way! We'll definitely be back again.

This was our first time here (my mum and I) and we went to celebrate my birthday; they went all out with a customized menu and little table decorations plus our waitresses Julia and Leah were super attentive and friendly and the food tasted AMAZING we cannot wait to be back it was the best first experience ever

Lovely experience as always, we went to celebrate my wife's birthday and their attention to detail and extra care they showed went above and beyond. Our server Cora was attentive and caring, she did an amazing job creating a beautiful atmosphere for us and her special day.

Wonderful staff at this upscale chain. It was my first time visiting the restaurant and the waiter explained everything very well. The food was tasty and very filling.

It was absolutely fabulous :) They have a prix fixe dinner that is a great value. We all got that. 2 of us ordered the steak and shrimp. The filet was cooked perfectly and the shrimp was seasoned excellent. The other two ordered the steak and lobster. It was a really big lobster tail! No crawdads served :) the salad was fresh and crunchy and the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were enough for sharing for sure. The dessert was a mini cheesecake with seasonal fruit, delicious. I would highly recommend coming here. You will NOT be disappointed! I cannot wait to go back.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday on a Friday night, and the ambiance was noisy and crowded. My friend and I asked to split a chopped salad between us while my husband got a full one. When the salads came, we looked at our halves, and between them, it wasn't even CLOSE to a full one. That said, the salad and bread were delicious. At the start, Reggie took our drink order and then disappeared. Claudia, our primary server, showed up about 10 minutes later and asked to take our drink order. What? Claudia wasn't very present and came off as tired and harried, with an obviously forced smile. When we complained about the split salad portions, she just stared at us and walked off. Our friend had ordered a lemonade, which showed up almost 30 minutes afterward. Our goat cheese and artichoke appetizer had a strange off-taste. The au gratin potatoes were also a disappointment. With a sprinkle of melted cheese on top of chewy diced potatoes, it didn't look like or taste like any au gratin potatoes we've ever had. Our New York Strip steaks were VERY good. However, our friend's filet, which was supposed to be medium-well, was noticeably undercooked. He sent it back, and then we waited... and waited... and waited for his steak to return, as we didn't want to eat ours in front of him. We felt badly sitting there, letting our steaks get cold while waiting 20 MINUTES for his filet to come back. Eventually, the manager came over and, after hearing what happened, comped us our potatoes and one of the salads. However, there was no apology, no attempt to make things better or encourage us to return. Which we will not be doing; there are plenty of other choices when it comes to premium steakhouses in our area. When a place is THIS expensive ($330 for three of us with no wine or liquor!!), it really needs to be top-notch on all levels. I know, I know, this is all very first-world problem-ish. However, for such a special night we expected fireworks and instead got... meh.
